“I was dealt with quickly and on appointed time and was phoned when glasses were ready and told to come in anytime to have them fitted”

“Having been to many large opticians in the past and not been completely satisfied with any of them, I decided to book an appointment at my local opticians. They provide a more personal service and I am very pleased with my new glasses!”

“i was dealt with the most helpfull and smiley staff really helpfull with my choice of glasses would recomend scrivens to all my family and friends,nice to have that personal touch sadely lacking in the so called bigger stores.”

“From the moment i went into the High Wycombe branch, the staff were very helpful, informative and made it very easy fr me to choose my glasses, without any hard sell. They arrrived when i was told they would and again on collection, they made sure that they were happy as well a me. I would thoroughly recommend using this branch”

“Haven't been to Scrivens for many years ( have been to others). I cant understand why i changed opticians. Three very professional staff who were so nice and understanding and made me laugh. Would I recomend = 100% Thank you to All!!!!!”

“Very disappointing service after using this branch for many years. The sight test was done in about five minutes and did not cover anywhere near the amount it used to. I chose my frames and was told about a week to ten days. Called in on day 10 to be told about another 10 days. Said that was unacceptable so they rang up and said it would be the next day! I waited 48 hours and rang and was told they had been in the store 24 hours but they were too busy to ring. Collected them and was just handed them after they had cleaned the lens. No fitting and no lining up with the spots as used to be done. Luckily there are many other opticians locally so I will be going there is future.”

“I have been using the practice for years and years. I always find the premises very comfortable and the staff very welcoming. I believe the choice of frames to be as wide as any in the sector and prices very competitive. At the present time I have no desire to go anywhere else for my eye care. I can recommend Scrivens without reservation”
