“Blandford Forum Branch: Excellent care and attention to detail. Clear communication on prices of lenses and styles of frames. Friendly staff who did not up sell, they found styles to suit me. Fantastic care and information from the Optician. I would highly recommend this branch. Helpful, friendly staff who do a great job.”

“After having Eye Test and then receiving my Glasses, they were not correct however the staff at the Halesowen Branch were excellent and ensuring full customer satisfaction was achieved. After another couple of visits my satisfaction on the products received was excellent. Well done to everyone at Halesowen.”

“While on holiday I accidentally distorted my glasses frame and one of the lenses came out, the lady in Scrivens in Bromyard did a wonderful job of repairing my glasses. I didn't have a spare pair of glasses with me and don't know what I would have done if they'd been unable to fix them. First class service”

“A friendly efficient staff and very professional service. I have been with Scrivens now for a few years. I had arrived at my original opticians 5 minutes late due to road works in the town, another appointment would have to be made some two week later! I came into Scrivens and made an appointment for the next day. A splendid stroke of luck and a better service.”

“A friendly and personal experience is always present when visiting Scrivens Opticians. This is the second pair of glasses and eye tests that I have in the past few years since from Scrivens. Previously had I arrived just 5 mins late for an appointment at an another local opticians and they could only provide another appointment ten days later. I popped over to Scrivens and got an appointment within two days! What luck to find such a better experience!!!”

“I wasn't overfaced my the selection of frames but did notice they were changed regularly. The staff are fantastic, patient and certainly not pushy. I had had problems with a previous major opticians, not for the first time, but I have been really pleased with the service and selection. I would and have recommended Scrivens.”
