“I had to change a booking which I had made online so called the link on the appointment confirmation which was my local shop. No one answered the phone after several attempts and I was repeatedly transferred to the customer service team. No one answered these calls either so I emailed to complain to be told I would have an answer in ten days after they have investigated… guess what? No response. You are a service based company right??”

“Masie at the Bicester Branch is extremely helpful , courteous and diligent. She has helped me repeatedly with my Lens Plan enquiries over the past year. As a long term customer of Scrivens (Lens Plan) she has in my opinion gone above and beyond what i would expect in terms of customer service. Thank you Masie!”

“I have been going to scrivenes since the age of 8 years, and they have never let me me down, they always offer the best customer service and the staff are always friendly. The manager Raj has always given me and 100% service always recommending my frame and tries his best to save me money”

“Optician First class went through Every thing in detail . The surface that Emma gave was Excellent when picking my glasses and was also calm and collective when giving her reasons. For the glasses I had Picked with her help.”

“Took my 92 year old mum who was struggling hearing she has a earring aid with scrivens, today we saw Hayley who was really helpful and very understanding she checked mums ears and found the reason mum couldn’t hear was due to wax, she also retubed mums hearing aid and checked the volume, I have always been happy with scrivens we have been using them for years but after seeing Hayley I will be booking with her in the future. Thankyou Hayley”

“John Pilling and his staff are absolutely brilliant. This is why I have constantly returned to them. I have been to this branch when it was previously Maxwell Kay. My latest visit has resulted in them going way, way over and above what I would expect any opticians to do. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to visit. Just totally unbelievable service. Thank you all so very much.”

“I have had my hearing aids fitted today, following a referral from my GP, at the Beeston branch in Leeds, by Mr Zain Qaisor. The service, advice, testing and friendly profesional care I was given was exemplary. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Zain, Scrivens and the NHS. I have lived, worked and travelled from Africa to the Artic Circle, and the care I received today would match anywhere.”

“Was going to stop short of five stars as the visit had no difficulties to test the problem solving of the branch. Then thought, no problems? Surely they deserve 5 stars. So five stars it is! Didn’t catch the opticians name, but he related to me well, he was charming and engaging throughout. Shared a joke or two with me and I cannot fault his approach. The shop floor staff were funny and engaging too. Special mention to Emma for her manner, humour and her help. Didn’t try and over sell, listened to me, joked and made the whole experience warm and friendly. Full credit to her as she dealt with tormenting most perfectly.”
