“Went to the Cheadle store today 21/8/24 to pick up my glasses woman behind the counter was miserable I felt like I was disturbing her she wasn't welcoming at all and when I said I still couldn't read properly or focus with new glass she sighed and said we'll give it a week , wouldn't mind but these glasses have cost me over £220 not a great service, I will give it a week and hopefully I will see a different person who actually wants to deal with me without it being a problem 😕”

“Polite and informative about my request -eyes tested and that information was used in my order one normal pair of spectacles and the other sunglasses on the same prescription -order processed-informed 3 weeks later that the glasses were in -the fitting took place next day -the whole experience first class”

“My experiences visiting the Newmarket store have always been excellent. Very friendly, helpful, caring and knowledgeable staff with no pressure to buy spectacles I don’t really need! Prices are very competitive with frames starting from £10! I also receive a free hearing check which is valuable since I am a music teacher! The 2 pairs (get one half price) spectacle offer is really good, since I need mid distance glasses for music and have one pair at home and carry one pair for work.”

“Was easy booking an appointment, the tests and advice given was professionally done although had to pay £10 extra for further additional examination, including a free hearing test although i wasn't told the result so I am hoping everything is ok. The downside was very expensive glass's. I spend over £400 the employee at the Central Milton Keynes store, was like a pushy car sales person. I wish in retrospect I just asked for a copy of my prescription and said I would think about it, as ironically there was a store nearby offering frames for £79 at least Dick Turpin had the good manners to wear a mask! Still lesson learnt. At least the employee was a tad nicer than the previous one I dealt with who made a joke about a panic attack I had at a previous visit.”

“Our first experience was 2023, the staff are friendly and professional, however the actual test was not convincing. 2024 we went to give them a second chance, the staff were still friendly as per our previous visit, but the optometrist was different and was professional and explained the eye test step by step.The branch in question is 117, High street, Wolstanton, ST50EP. The reception team Julie, Harriet and Holly. Optometrist Karamveer Somal.”
