“Love my new glasses. The staff in bromyard are all really friendly and helpful when helping to decide on frames and also good at recommended the best lenses for me. The optician I saw was also really good at explaining my eye test results. Will definitely be going back”

“Very good service when you first go in and have the tests. All I wanted was reading glasses. I went for buy one and get one free. I did not even have designer glasses. The cost was a few pound off £400 which I thought was very expensive. However when the glasses came they were the expensive dual purpose lenses which I did not want. Took 2 months altogether to get the lenses changed to just reading glasses. I was only refunded £50 which I do not think was right as reading lenses are not that expensive. However at this point I really could not be bothered with going back in.”

“The check-up met my expectations and the service was prompt and professional. Unfortunately, Scrivens let themselves down when I collected my £400+ pairs of glasses. I had no cash with me as I had pre-paid at the time of order. I asked for a bag to use to return home but was only offered a 5p bag for which I could not pay. There was no waiver or concession, so I left, clutching my glasses cases and other papers and headed for home. I think a little bit of understanding could have been applied . . . .”

“Accompanied my Mother to arrange an eye test and subsequently a pair of varifocals and a pair of reading glasses for her. The process was very smooth from the moment we first visited the premises through to getting the glasses. The people we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.”

“I really slack going for my eyes testing but when I do go they are always very welcoming, a smile is always very warm and welcoming, they are really easy people to communicate with and understand what you are looking for in a glasses frame, I explained what my old pair was like as I had forgotten to take them with me, I tried a few frames on and found the one I liked, family and friends always tell me how much I suit them! :) x”
