“Everything about the appointment went like clockwork. My only problem was with parking. You can only park for 1 hour on the market place which is not long enough. The nearest longer term parking is too far away to walk comfortably.”

“Excellent staff group, under Shelley's direction. They act professionally; making one feel welcome, they are extremely helpful whenever the need arises. They offer both standard and designer frames, all types of lenses and hearing tests for those who might need them. All in all, a very thorough service.”

“We have always gone to Scrivens, as a family and been pleased with the service; however recently we have noticed that the prices are much higher than other reputable opticians. As a result different members of the family have begun to source their optical services elsewhere. I continued to use Scrivens as I was happy there - however many of the staff who used to work at my local branch appear to have moved on and I don't feel the same sense of loyalty to the new team, having recently used their service.”

“Lovely, helpful staff as always. My only gripe is that I struggle to find frames at Scrivens outside the teen range that are small enough for my face (I need a 49 width). That said, I purchased a gorgeous Oasis frame that I am very pleased with.”

“The manageress of the branch which I attended (Mildenhall) was excellent - very helpful and offering good after care. The retail side has improved although the selection of frames could be wider. The Opthalmologist there is always first class.”

“I have been going to Scrivens for many years since I was a child - and my own children go there now too (now 16 and 19) - the ladies are always so helpful - especially when trying to decide on the frames to buy!”
