“I was very pleased with my dealings of all of the staff.They made me feel comfortable and were most helpful! Was however disappointed in the length of time it took my sunglasses to arrive considering they were my old frames and only required new lenses.”

“I went for my eye test this morning at the Rhyl branch, my eye test was with Sue and Kimberley dis my pre screening tests. Both ladies were absolutely brilliant and Sue was particularly thorough and put me at ease as I have quite a bad eye phobia. She explained everything g that was being done and made sure I was as relaxed as possible, it felt as though she really cared. The other girls Toni and Beth were very welcoming and friendly as I walked in. Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Rhyl I can’t speak highly enough of them all. Thank you ladies.”

“Always pleased with the service at scrivens, having a diabetic eye screening I have to have drops in my eyes and everything is blurry for a short while but the staff are always considerate of this. And when I chose my glasses I usually have to wait a week for a phone call but 2 days after my appointment I had a call to say I could collect my new glasses.”

“I always use the Broadstone branch of Scrivens. The staff there are all very patient with someone like me who doesn't always know what suits them. Their advice is always helpful. There's a great range of frames, so plenty of choice. The branch manager, Shelley, in particular is knowledgeable, very professional and goes out of her way to ensure a pleasant customer experience. Would highly recommend.”

“Love my new glasses. The staff in bromyard are all really friendly and helpful when helping to decide on frames and also good at recommended the best lenses for me. The optician I saw was also really good at explaining my eye test results. Will definitely be going back”

“Very good service when you first go in and have the tests. All I wanted was reading glasses. I went for buy one and get one free. I did not even have designer glasses. The cost was a few pound off £400 which I thought was very expensive. However when the glasses came they were the expensive dual purpose lenses which I did not want. Took 2 months altogether to get the lenses changed to just reading glasses. I was only refunded £50 which I do not think was right as reading lenses are not that expensive. However at this point I really could not be bothered with going back in.”
