“Really disappointed with the hearing aids I got had a hearing test in a normal room no better treatment Thani got at spec savers just want to give out aids easy money sad that the nhs are been ripped off didn’t even bother to check the last aids I got”

“I received excellent customer service at the Market Deeping Scrivens. All the staff are friendly, helpful, patient and professional. They are a great team who make me feel welcomed and reassured when I visit. Each time I have visited, the covid guidelines have been stringently followed which is very reassuring. I was unsure which glasses would be best for me and the staff took the time to help me choose what suited my needs. I am very happy with the glasses I now have and will certainly be returning for any future hearing and eyesight needs. Thank you to all at Market Deeping Scrivens.”

“Nice friendly staff and a lovely clean place had a really great eye test from Dipti Mistry she was understanding about my eye problems and sorted me out for some new glasses. One young lady helped me find the perfect pair of new glasses all in all a perfect experience excellent performance from all staff 10/10”
