“They dont tell you that you got to re-charge them every day. In fact after about eight hours of usage they run out of charge.”

“I had occasion to take my private hearing aid in to store as one had stopped working. It took a few weeks for same to be returned, after I had chased it myself. It seems the process could have been sorted out in store. Not happy.”

“I've just had the most amazing experience of Bradleys in Penzance. I had an eye emergency, they made urgent space for me - spent a long time with me and the whole team and of course optometrist Elizabeth Osborne were absolutely superb. And because I've just turned 60 they said there was no charge. I am overwhelmed”

“Once again myself and my family received outstanding service from your Tewkesbury Scrovens store this year. They always seem to go above and beyond for their customers. They have a very good reputation in the town and I recommend all my neighbours, work colleagues and family members to visit them. Not the cheapest but by far the best service in Tewkesbury!”

“My experience of the Customer service in the Wimborne branch from all the staff was excellent. I did buy 2 pairs of glasses but didn't feel pressurised into buying, which was really refreshing. There is nothing worse than feeling obliged to buy just because you've stepped through the door. Thank you to all the staff for their help and advice.”
