“Was very impressed last year when I had my eyes tested but this year it has been a complete mess up with my prescription being wrong.”

“Excellent sight test, and very helpful shop staff. Such a shame that the glasses that came back didn’t match the prescription. Even when sent back For correction, only one eye was right The 2nd time around. At least they gave me a full refund. I won’t use again.”

“Very good option and eye test was 1st class but the after sales wasn't as personal as previously felt in store. Will definitely think twice when next due about this.”

“Advised I should purchase some eye drops from them. They charges me £13.50, so though they must be better than usual retail eye drops. Later that day found them for sale in several retailers for between £3.50 and £4.50. Complete Ripoff. Cancelled by glasses order in protest.”

“Fordhouses visit very pleasant friendly professional, lovely staff very funny an excellent team who you can obviously see like working together, have recommended the branch to work colleagues and passed on recommend a friend leaflets that branch staff gave me .”

“I had a full hour with the audiologist who was friendly, patient, understanding and highly professional. He took me though everything in detail, made sure I had understood, and was happy. I left feeling re-assured and more confident. Thanks you.”

“Great customer service, I visited while in recovery so was not feeling very good, the ladies in Newark realised this and made me feel normal and like a welcome friend, Thank you! My glasses are wonderful too.”

“Great customer service. Were not trying to push me towards expensive designer frames. I explained that I needed very sturdy frames and they happily obliged. Great honest value for money, thanks Scrivens Bridport.”
