“I would like to say the service at the Kentish Town branch this year was exceptionally good, from The moment I walked in branch to receiving my pair of glasses the service was very good. Thank you again Mr A Ahmed”

“Was called in for eye check 3 months too early. Precribed the wrong lenses which meant I had to travel to sheffield 3 times before it was sorted. £2.60 parking each time. I have been attending scrivens for many years and have always been very satisfied but will look elsewhere now.”

“Second time at the Rugeley branch and was very happy with the service I received. Very personable and helpful re frames and did me a good deal. A big shout out to Emma who is always happy to help.”

“Appalling customer service. Overcharged with by taking two direct debits for the same goods and although admit to owing me hundreds of pounds they wont give it back. Phone calls not returned, deliberate delaying tactics to avoid the refund.”

“attended north walsham branch for annual eye test accompanied by my partner.on being called in by the optician also during the eye test i found him to be very blunt with his attitude and lack of people skills, not even saying good morning .also during exam was quite blunt with my partner who was trying to be helpful.needless to say i or my partner will not be using scrivens again.”

“The most thorough sight test ever by Raj and contact lens assessment by Richard. The best prescription issued in all my years of needing specs and lenses . My first visit and will recommend to all my family and friends !”

“Very good service, and kept me fully informed as to when my new glasses would be ready for collection. The only disappointment was that I really liked my existing frames, and was more than happy to “recycle them” (surely a good thing in these “Green days”?), but was told I could not do so. Added to that the same frames are no longer available, so I had to purchase new frames, at additional cost, which I did not like as much as my previous ones. This may influence my decision to perhaps “shop around” when I am due for another eye test, to see if there is a bigger choice of frames out there!!”
