“Really excellent service and very efficient. Easy to book the appointment online and they were ready and waiting. Very friend and helpful staff who enforced good social distancing and covid precautions.”

“Customer service is excellent.I didn’t have to pay for mine.At the moment I haven’t had to to return them. I’ve had no problems with my hearing aids to date.Help is at the end of the phone if I need it which is great.”

“Had my eyes tested and the optician immediately picked up on a problem with one of my eyes in which a letter was given to my GP for referral to a Eye Hospital. Have now received that referral from my GP in which i am booking an appointment to go to the Eye Hospital. New glasses also prescribed for me which are very good, i am wearing them now - although at first had to get use to them but they working fine to my satisfaction.”
