“The team were friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt like I was in really good hands. They made the whole experience of having my eyes tested and choosing frames enjoyable. I was in a good mood for the rest of the day!”

“First time I have had glasses. The eye test was very thorough and I am very pleased with the glasses I have purchased. Staff looked after me and the whole process from getting the test to receiving my glasses was just short of 3 weeks - which is a good turnaround.”

“Selena and staff are amazing, always helpful and explain everything, Selena helped me choose the right style of glasses for me and I couldnt be happier. The staff at your Cottingham branch are always cheerful, and considerate, I would never think of going anywhere else”

“Considering the Covid situation the service I received was as good as it possibly could have been, if fact I think the virus made no difference to the service provided to me. I will return to Scrivens for all my future sight requirements. Thank you”

“Very happy with the staff who welcomes you when you enter the shop in Lea Village in Birmingham, the Optometrist was excellent and made me fell at ease and was concerned that I have a slight cateracts coming and told me she will see me each year so that she can make sure they don't get to bad, that makes me very confident in in their professionalism.”

“Went to Scrivens in Witney for an eye test. The staff were excellent but the optometry didn’t make me feel very safe especially with COVID-19 around, they didn’t clean after the last person came out he just took me straight in, he took his mask off and touched his face without cleaning his hands afterwards. I want to thank the girls who helped me choose a pair of glasses and didn’t make me feel rushed.”

“Went for hearing test. Very thorough and Very clear explanation throughout. Totally professional. Within one hour I came out with new hearing aids programmed to correct my loss of hearing”

“Fantastic service from entering the shop to leaving .. a very warm welcome from the staff and optometrist.. good selection of glasses and the staff knowledgeable and helpful with styles and quality of lenses and advice ... it was a pleasurable experience... “had bad time another firm been to rhyl care second to none staff are the best .best eye test i have ever had. and they do not rush you excellent 10/10 will always go there in future june”

“Excellent service. I felt my eyes were taken great care of and I was given a number of contact lens options to try as my eyesight has improved since my last prescription. The optician really spent time to explain how the various options could work for me, including associated costs.”
