“My wife and I visited Scrivens (Lutterworth) for the first time and were extremely impressed. Making an appointment was simple,reminders were sent and our reception was friendly. Testing our eyes was excellent. We both felt we were in the hands of a competent professional. The screening test of ears was thorough and we both agreed to be tested by the audiologist. That procedure was ,also, excellent and my wife was advised to have hearing aids which were tailored to her needs. They are so good they have changed her life and mine because I no longer need to repeat things I have said or which were on TV.. All in all very high quality service throughout. Congratulations to your staff.”

“I had my vision checked and new pair of prescription glasses made by Scrivens. The glasses caused some problem with me and they suggested me to have a new eye test. As it turns out the first optometrist was not proficient enough and had made the wrong prescription. The redid the glasses with new prescription with no additional charge and this new pair are perfect.”

“generally very good Was told to wait 3 to 4 weeks for my glasses. Waited 5 weeks then had to phone to ask where they were only to be told oh! we have them waiting for you. very pleased with the prescription and the resultant glasses.”

“I was particularly impressed with the manager of the shop and her customer care and service in helping me find the right style and fit of glasses; then helping me very quickly order replacements when I unfortunately dropped and lost them!”
