“Attended Scrivens this morning for a follow up regarding hearing aids. I was warmly welcomed by the ladies on reception. My appointment was at 11am and was seen on time by a lovely lady named Jackie. She attended to my needs and was very thorough. Thank you.💖”

“I went to cheadle Staffordshire Scrivens The optician was lovely and took his time with me as I am autistic and profoundly deaf. The lady’s at the front was lovely too and very helpful 😀”

“From my first visit to your branch in Cheadle, Staffordshire to make an appointment I was made very welcome. My apt was confirmed by email that same day and prior to the apt a further email was received as a polite reminder, all so professional, but also so friendly. The optician I saw made me feel at ease and explained all aspects of the eye examination, answering very thoroughly any questions I asked him. What more can I say, excellent, professional and friendly staff. Thank you.”

“I have been using Scrivens for a fair few years now for glasses. The Stapleford, Nottingham staff are very efficient, friendly, patient and extremely helpful when I'm choosing frames. You are treated as an individual with time and care for your needs. So THANK YOU to Jean, Danielle and Laurie.”

“This is the first time I’ve used Scrivens. I’ve worn spectacles 59 years now and can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I’ve had. A big thank you to all the staff, you were all wonderful. I’m very pleased with my new varifocals, my vision is very clear and I’ve only had them on for an hour. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be using them in the future.”

“Close to home.audiologist was nice,friendly and knowledgeable. It was a simple test.The hearing aids are a real help. I was missing bits of conversations but great now”

“Excellent customer service by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Booked me in at short notice and explained everything they were doing. Have used other opticians in the past but have found Scrivens to be the best. Would recommend them to anyone.”
