“When I attended my appointment I was dealt with immediately even though I was early. The staff explained the relevant tests and that the optician would see me once they had gathered my up to date information. All were very professional in performing their tasks and made me feel welcome and inn good hands. I have been a customer of Scrivens for many years and see no reason to want to change to another provider.”

“my visit to Scrived Opticians was a really pleasureable experience,the staff were excellent.i thought the actual eye test was first class.picking frames was good for me, a lot of choice,also the price, i was very pleased with the overall experience.”

“I took my mother to your Royston shop for an eye test. She’s two months shy of her hundredth birthday. The girls in the shop said she was the oldest lady that ever had and were extremely welcoming and helpful. They went over and above the call of duty, even helping her back to the car, which I had managed to park outside the shop. They are a very happy helpful and friendly team. We both purchased classes and are still awaiting their arrival. Many thanks.”

“I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff at the Pocklington branch are. After an awful experience re contact lenses at Specsavers I walked into this branch on the off chance and I’m so glad I did. The team could not have been more efficient and welcoming. Absolute hats-off to Richard the optician and Janine for their patience with me and my struggles with taking my lenses out. I’ve received such good care, nothing is too much trouble for these wonderful people. If you’re considering visiting this branch then do not hesitate they are the BEST! I can’t thank them enough.”
