“I would highly recommend the Feltham Branch of Scrivens Opticians to anyone - the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, take their time to explain everything and truly make you feel valued as a customer. Their level of customer service is rare to find these days.”

“I am visiting the area and one of my hearing aids packed up so I rang the branch on the off-chance that they could help. Helen assured me that she would do her best to assist so I popped in and 15 mins later left with a new tube and my hearing restored! Helen, you went above & beyond to help in a very friendly and professional way - thank you so much x”

“I attended the Ashby branch 23-5-25 The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, Lucy walker your sales assistants Talked me though the process of the eye and hearing test. before having the eye exam with the optician that was in your store , that I can't remember the ladies name .”

“Visited Weymouth Branch as Dorchester is closed due to fire damage. Very professional and friendly and welcoming staff. They put me at ease and both my appointments transitioned smoothly to conclusion.”

“I would highly recommend Scrivens Opticians. The Optometrist was excellent as were the Dispensing staff. I also had a free hearing test. The staff were friendly and helpful and went through all the lens options and recommended glasses to suit me. I took advantage of buy one pair and get a second pair half price. I was always kept informed of appointments and when my glasses would be available. I am delighted with my new glasses.”

“My mum came in for a hearing assessment and saw Michael Clements, mum can’t praise him enough. A very thorough test was carried out and adjustments made to her hearing aids, also he flagged an issue with her hearing which needs further investigation, this has not been picked up before. Michael was very pleasant from the greeting at the reception area, he explained everything to her about the process and the findings and was friendly throughout her appointment. Cleanliness was also an area the Michael carries out. We would highly recommend Michael and Scrivens for hearing assessments. Staff at the store are also very welcoming and friendly and the store is clean and well looked after.”

“I purchased a hearing aid(£950) in your Ringwood, Hants, branch some 4 /5 weeks ago in the hope of improving my hearing ,to say I am disappointed is an understatement, I have now reverted to my NHS hearing aids, I intend to go into the branch to complain but do not expect much sucess. What a waste of money!!!”

“I have recently had appointments for my hearing with Haroon Khan from the Altrincham branch and find him exceptionally personable and knowledgeable, and he endeavours to get the best solution for his patients on an individual basis. He really listens and understands the many issues people go through with adapting to new hearing aids and will spend all the time needed to ensure that the products available are tweaked to suit individual needs. A really nice guy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.”

“Very pleased to finally get my new glasses adjusted, and my hearing aids too. It is not easy coping with new technology, especially hearing aids but Sam was so patient and obliging, thanks. Anne , too has been a tower of strength getting things right for me, so to all the team at Cotteridge Birmingham, I am eternally grateful. You are all wonderful!”

“I was welcomed by name as I walked in to Scrivens Alsager branch for my optometrist appointment this morning. My eyes were examined with great care and everything clearly explained. Following my recent cataract operation my new prescription was just for basic reading glasses. I decided to get two pairs (the offer was the second pair half price) and I chose frames from the modestly priced range. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy expensive designer frames for my simple needs. The staff at the Alsager branch have been looking after me for many years - not only my sight but also my hearing. I don't think any other optician in the area could beat the friendly professional service I receive.”
