“The store I visited was Brandon, Suffolk. 21,03.25 This was my 1st visit today as I need my yearly check and I had recently heard some positive comments from friends. I had visited them the day before and was given an appointment the next day. On arrival I was welcomed warmly and as expected went through the usual questions regarding health history and general medical past. My full eye exam was then carried out in a very professional and courteous manner. During the exam everything was explained and then was given the results via a face to face talk with the optometrist. Once finished I was also given a hearing check . I did not need glasses and was not pressured into purchasing any. A 1st class service from start to finish and I would not hesitate in recommending them”

“Blackburn provide an extremely poor audiology service. My vulnerable mother in law has been left for deaf since Scrivens have still not provided the fix that was paid for, over the phone, 21 days ago.”

“I contacted Sasha Dicken of the Bedminster Branch BS3 4EY regarding my hearing aids. She very kindly fitted me in for an appointment at short notice. Having explained my problem she checked and added several programmes to my hearing aids to help solve the issues. Furthermore, she took the time to set up the Scrivens App on my phone to make life easier for me. I like to say many thanks for a speedy and professional service. I would certainly recommend Scrivens.”

“I have been coming to Scrivens Feltham for 32 years, Really happy with the service I tried other opticians in the area and wasn't as happy as with Feltham branch, Patty and Dipesh amazing as always and always made me feel welcoming.”

“Had appointment on 19/3/25 and had a 5* experience at the Wallasey store, staff were great, the eye test was thorough and was given excellent advise on glasses, they also did a hearing screening on my husband and booked in for a full check up(ive been trying for years to get him in).Steph and Karl are fab!!!!”

“I brought my mother (who has dementia and lives in a nursing home) in for an NHS hearing test recently. The team looked after her brilliantly and the audiologist was very good at explaining the process and how to use her new hearing aids. They have made such a difference to her life - she is able to enjoy conversation again and listen to birdsong and classical music. She adpated to the new hearing aids very quickly and the additonal cognitive stimulation that her improved hearing brings to her daily activities will really support how well she copes with a dementia diagnosis. Thank you, Scrivens Clifton team!”

“I visited the store a few weeks ago. And had a eye test and purchased two pairs of glasses. I'm so happy with them I will be coming back for a third pair. All the staff are very professional and I would like to mention Precious who looked after me, she has such a warm personality whilst being professional at the same time. All the team members were great and deserve recognition.”

“Was seen & helped today by Patrycja, she was lovely , friendly & very helpful. She also replaced screw in my glasses & helped me choose new pairs, frames are a good price, lenses are always the expensive part, but thats normal.”

“I purchased a hearing aid worth 2000 pounds from you, no one told me that it was a waste of money and that it was actually a scam, because it is impossible to replace the batteries in the device, I came to you to replace the batteries but you did not agree to do so, claiming that a full treatment was needed, and you also did not agree to give me a quote, how much it would cost. Well, I intend to contact the authorities for lying and selling products without the possibility of replacing the batteries and without being told when I purchased them.”
