“Monika, your representative in the Clifton Office, worked wonderfully on your behalf last Tuesday, keeping people happy and things under control when faced with some real problems. She was polite and calm throughout when there was no easy solution! The audiologist had been unavoidably delayed in Cardiff and customers were waiting to be seen with more to follow later. Monika gets top marks from me!”

“The eye and hearing test was OK. When it came to choosing glasses, for a first timer I was not told that I could have taken my prescription else where and done a price comparison. I felt I was contained in the shop to buy their own products, which I feel was over priced !”

“Friendly and professional help from all members of the team. I felt very much valued and the only patient who mattered to them whilst I was being attended to. The new lenses are expensive, whilst being in reasonably priced frames, but I have nothing to compare them with. I was told that there would be a two week wait and I am still in that time frame. Previous experience tells me that they will be expertly made and to my total satisfaction.”

“I could not have wished for, nor received better service and care on my recent visit for an eye test. From the start, I was treated professionally, in a friendly manner, and was looked after thoroughly throughout the procedure. The reason for the eye test was to comply with my new employer's requirements. I would have no hesitation in recommending this team of caring and dedicated people to anyone, irrespective of whether it is a small or big reason for the need to visit. Heartfelt thanks to all, especially Aidan, for doing such a great job.”

“Considering I was stone deaf whilst having my eye test and frequently had to ask for staff to repeat themselves I found all concerned treated me with great patience and understanding. I think I shall be more than happy when. I get my new spectacles thank you.”

“This is the second attempt to get a pair of glasses for my computer work. The first pair were useless as they did not focus properly. I strongly object to having to pay all over again. Further more it is extremely annoying to be charged extra for the lenses to be fitted into my own original frames from the first pair that were unusable. This is a total unnecessary overcharge. I am 100 dissatisfied.”

“Had an eye test in the Broadstone, Dorset branch. Have been a customer here for 18 years, which speaks volumes. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Shelley the manager is particularly helpful explaining all the options available for lenses, frames and any offers available. Would highly recommend.”

“Have had my hearing aides fitted in your Ashton in makerfield shop have been so pleased with the service from your lovely staff especially miss Lublin Kashmiri who was so professional but so very kind nothing was a trouble for her aso the young gentleman who I saw first from the Bolton shop who covered in Ashton would definitely recommend this business thanking you Mrs Barbara Spencer”
