“Recently had an update of my hearing aids in Weston-s-Mare and was helped by Micheal who, in all the years I've been coming to Scrivens, was the most helpful, thorough, informative and pleasant young man I've seen. I do hope I have the opportunity to be served by him the next time. Thank you Michael.”

“Just passing through Weymouth. Lost a nose pad on my glasses and they were uncomfortable. Dropped into Scrivens, St Mary's street. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. All sorted without any fuss. Thanks.”

“Staff at Chapel branch were fantastic with my 10yr old son. They made him really comfortable and took time to explain things to him. Frame choice was really good and very suitable for his needs. Thank thank you to them all. Great branch.”

“Hearing test and hearing aid fitting. Hythe branch. Excellent service. Whole process carried out professionally and courteously throughout. All my questions were answered, and relevant information given in a manner I could understand. Definitely recommended!”

“I received the best attention at the Gosport branch, the Audiologist diagnosed my hearing requirements, gave brilliant hearing test and told me very clearly what my problems were, carried out the best test I have ever had and solved my hearing issues. I now have vastly improved hearing with the hearing aids now tuned and adjusted perfectly. Now am completely satisfied with the best hearing restored - thank you very much. Brilliant audiologist”

“I have just been to your branch in Gosport High Street and it is a complete disaster what a terrible service. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. No one can make a decision one minute they have my hearing aids then I have to make another appointment. I want no more to do with them I will do without them. Scrivens are making a lot of money from NHS but there service is awful”

“Needing a hearing test I decide I would go to Scrivens the service was excellent Dean was very good made you feel relaxed Dean answered any questions I had he explained everything in great detail I would recommend Scrivens”

“I was given an appointment for an eye test the day after contacting the Rugby branch. The optometrist carrying out the eye test, Ruhela, was was very friendly and very professional, her testing and examination of my eyes was very thorough. Belinda, the shop assistant, was very welcoming, explained and then checked my peripheral vision and showed me the frames after the eye test. All in all, a very professional service provided by the staff and I actually enjoyed my trip to the optician.”

“I received a call from Kelly at the Hedge End branch to say there had been a cancellation for the following day which I gratefully accepted. When I arrived at the branch I was welcomed warmly and professionally and as I sat waiting (I was early) I observed the team at Hedge End working closely together with great comradery, professionalism and such a positive feel within their workplace. After a few moments I was greeted by Rubina the Audiologist whom was excellent for start to finish. I had to summarise my medical history and whilst listening intently she showed empathy and compassion. I found Rubina to be knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator. If this branch is indicative of all of the Scrivens branches then congratulations to the owners and leadership team for instilling such great customer excellence. Stephen Harris”

“I use Scrivens for hearing aids and glasses. I went in today because my hearing aids appeared to be faulty. The audiologist fixed the problem. While there, I asked the manager, Ann, about buying varifocal glasses. She was extremely helpful, as always. I can't praise this branch enough.”

“I had a problem with my fairly new frames so I returned to the branch at poulton for help. They resolved the problem immediately without question. They were so helpful and their customer care is excellent.”
