“Had a lovely visit at the opticians in Leeds, Beeston. It was my first time getting glasses and I was helped in the best way by the lovely lady. The optician was very professional and put me at ease too. Will definitely be sticking with them.”

“I was advised to have reactolite lenses, and did so, paying £350. However, I found them very difficult to cope with. My vision was poorer and I was plunged into darkness when I felt unsafe, and my colour perception was poor. I had to return and buy more glasses with plain glass. I did receive a letter saying I would get my second pair at a 'special price', but found this did not apply to me. A very costly mistake!”

“Erma at cheltenham branch has been very Helpful, disappointed as ordered Nikon glasses which are old ones I am wearing that you dont do transition anymore as need them to darken when i look at computer, chose expensive as thought i was getting the same”

“My sister had an eye test yesterday at Beeston, Nottingham. She was told she has a blood clot on the brain and she must go to hospital. My sister was on her own and had to walk home with lack of vision in her eye. when she eventually got home an ambulance was called as the optician had written that she has had a stroke. Why didn't the optician call an ambulance for her? She is now in the stroke unit of our local hospital being treated for a stroke. I work for the ambulance service and am appalled that she could be treated like this”
