“I am a fan of Scandiborn and of the products that it sells. Customer service as well has been great whenever I needed something. The only thing that I didn’t like was the return procedure. I got a pair of boots for my daughter and paid £3.95 for delivery . After trying them on they were a bit small so we needed to exchange for a bigger size. I was advices to return the boots at my own cost for refund and reorder the right size. That meant that I paid again £4.50 to return plus £3.95 to reorder. It doesn’t seem right to have paid £12.50 on deliveries. The business should be absorbing some of those costs. Is just too much.”

“Beautiful wooden scooter, however the glue was very messy and could be seen around the scooter and the seat cover looked like it had been hacked rather than neatly cut. I purchased it in the sale and didn't give it to my grandson for a couple of months, lesson learnt always check items when they arrive. For such a reputable company I was very disappointed.”

“Gifts I sent were good according to the recipient. Evri, the courier, were rubbish. They tried the address only once (it was a Friday before a bank holiday, and then returned the parcel to Scandiborn. No card left. After my email Scandiborn admitted that Evri only tried once. They sent the items again and they were safely received. Maybe try a different courier?”

“Great product and great communication but the courier service you used didn't even try to deliver the parcel to me forcing me to go and pick up the parcel from another point. They took a picture of the building from far away, saying that I wasn't home while I had never left the flat that day. Unfortunately for this reason, I will try to avoid shopping from Scandiborn in the future. I hope you have a way to complain with the courier service because it is such a shame to lose customers just for this reason.”

“Not actually sure of product quality as item was a gift, sadly couldn't leave a gift note anywhere which is a bit of an error... especially if you want people to buy your items as gifts! Lovely range of products and look good quality.”

Thank you Anne I can see that one of your items was dispatched from our warehouse and the other direct from one of our suppliers, who has used AMAZON carrier service. We don't supply on behalf of them or use them as one of our suppliers, it was their carrier service what was used on this occasion. I hope this helps clarify why some of your delivery was received this way. -Amy.

“I really rate this company. They sell high quality things for children. They are expensive, but compare favourably with other suppliers. They sometimes have special offers. They were very helpful with a special request, and also with a delivery issue. I marked them down because they don't provide a gift wrapping and message service and as I have only used them for gifts and it would have helped me, It seems a lack.”

“The two products are lovely. However, since we are here.... they are a gift for an as-yet, unborn grandchild - due to arrive shortly. I don't want to come off your mailing list but I am already fed up with daily emails. It would be much better if you could send them once a week or even better once a fortnight or best once a month. This is a reminder you are out there, there will be other gifts but every day? really? If they continue daily, I shall probably unsubscribe...”

“Overall, I’m really happy with the products. They’re aesthetically pleasing, a good quality overall and I’m happy with the value for money. The only reason I’m not giving the items 5 star is that my Walker came with a chip on the wheel, which is a bit disappointing as it was a gift. Not enough to return, it arrived only days before my sons birthday anyway, but a little disappointing considering the price that the item wasn’t perfect condition.”
