“Sadly the beautiful doll that I ordered wasn’t up to scratch. The overlocking on the dress hem and one sleeve was sub-standard and also coming away which looked awful. Customer Services offered a 50% refund on the doll and I did what I could to tidy this up as I did not have time to wait for the couriered replacement that they offered. Very happy with service - just a shame that manufacture and quality control on the doll wasn’t 100%.”

“The fairy doll looked a bit different in real life than in the marketing photo. Still very cute and will be perfect for the child who will receive it. No issues at all with the ordering and delivery process. Very quick and item well packaged.”

“The reason I did not give a five star review is because it came as a "flat pack" and took a couple of hours to screw together! My grandson loves it.”

“Whilst I was very happy that the products were as described and hoped for by the recipient of my gift...the package did not arrive in good condition. “I am a fan of Scandiborn and of the products that it sells. Customer service as well has been great whenever I needed something. The only thing that I didn’t like was the return procedure. I got a pair of boots for my daughter and paid £3.95 for delivery . After trying them on they were a bit small so we needed to exchange for a bigger size. I was advices to return the boots at my own cost for refund and reorder the right size. That meant that I paid again £4.50 to return plus £3.95 to reorder. It doesn’t seem right to have paid £12.50 on deliveries. The business should be absorbing some of those costs. Is just too much.”

“Beautiful wooden scooter, however the glue was very messy and could be seen around the scooter and the seat cover looked like it had been hacked rather than neatly cut. I purchased it in the sale and didn't give it to my grandson for a couple of months, lesson learnt always check items when they arrive. For such a reputable company I was very disappointed.”
