Gifts I sent were good according to the recipient. Evri, the courier, were rubbish. They tried the address only once (it was a Friday before a bank holiday, and then returned the parcel to Scandiborn. No card left. After my email Scandiborn admitted that Evri only tried once. They sent the items again and they were safely received. Maybe try a different courier?
