I am a fan of Scandiborn and of the products that it sells. Customer service as well has been great whenever I needed something. The only thing that I didn’t like was the return procedure. I got a pair of boots for my daughter and paid £3.95 for delivery . After trying them on they were a bit small so we needed to exchange for a bigger size. I was advices to return the boots at my own cost for refund and reorder the right size. That meant that I paid again £4.50 to return plus £3.95 to reorder. It doesn’t seem right to have paid £12.50 on deliveries. The business should be absorbing some of those costs. Is just too much.
