“Ordered a rug that was out of stock and it took longer than I was expecting or advised at purchase, but when I contacted customer services they were great - let me know when they were expecting it and then rushed the delivery through to me when it did come in.”

“Everything I received looks really good quality with the exception of a Liewood Lance Baby dinner set Rose multi mix. I don't know if the items were meant to be slightly different shades of pink but it makes it look as though the cup is faded, e.g. due to being on display, vs. the bowl which is a brighter colour. The safari one I bought is great.”

“We ordered the wooden kitchen for our little girl. The items arrived very well packed, however at least 5 of the parts were damaged/ chipped. I have complained and received 20% refund, the customer service in professional and responded to my email quickly, is just a shame that some of the parts are not perfect.”

“Love scandiborn products and I’ve ordered before with no issue, but this recent order came a bit damaged. Not the item itself but the box, and it was a gift so was upset about that! Looked a bit battered, even though it was well protected inside another box for delivery so it must’ve been packed like that. Would still order again though, I’ll just be a bit wary of ordering gifts.”

“lovely quality products at a good price, promptly delivered. Unfortunately the product box was damaged which isn't great for a gift, so packaging could be improved. Didn't request a replacement for environmental reasons.”
