Great product and great communication but the courier service you used didn't even try to deliver the parcel to me forcing me to go and pick up the parcel from another point. They took a picture of the building from far away, saying that I wasn't home while I had never left the flat that day. Unfortunately for this reason, I will try to avoid shopping from Scandiborn in the future. I hope you have a way to complain with the courier service because it is such a shame to lose customers just for this reason.
