“Good communication and a good range of beds. Delivery was slower then the 2-4 weeks stated.”

“Unfortunately our bunk bed was delayed for several months and communication was only good when I chased it up myself. However the final product is excellent, well made, sturdy. Instructions were simple to follow though certain things like dowels etc were mislabelled (ie two different sizes listed but we got them all the same size) This wasnt too much of an issue though and overall the product is excellent.”

“Good service, delivery driver was really helpful. Quite a long lead time (full 6 weeks) and a vague window for delivery (ie. RtoG appear as just a middle man placing the order with the manufacturer/supplier and also don't seem to handle the delivery) - result an email with a "you'll get this in 4-6 weeks", and when following up for more info at week 4 I just got a, "it should be delivered in the next 2 weeks".”

“Great colour, fantastically packed however, on the ladder side of the bed the peices of wood have massive gapes which makes the ladder wobble slightly. I’ve had to glue it together.”

“Great product, such good quality. It did take a while to put it together. But would definitely recommend. When our bed arrived the slats were missing but within half an hour of contacting them they’d arrived express delivery for the next day.”

“We bought the Noah & Eli cabin bed, which came with the chest of drawers and 4 cube unit. We chose it because we were able to add extra storage with a second 4 cube unit and also it didn’t have a built in desk which we didn’t need. Every other bed we looked at elsewhere had a desk but we wanted book space, toy space and clothes space. Got a desk separately. We were pleased with the finished product. It is made of solid wood, no cheap MDF type wood. I would have liked to see a second coat of paint on the chest of drawers as you can see through the paint too much. It’s not a major problem though and we still like the drawers. My daughter loves her new bed.”

“Order and delivery excellent. The only 2 small things I'd say is its a little annoying all the adverts are "free delivery" but in fact I had to pay £30 delivery(!) because I live in Scotland. Surely a smaller delivery charge for everyone would be fairer. The other thing was the instructions were very hard to follow. It took us a whole day to build, but it is great quality and looks amazing and I'm sure my daughter will love it:)”

“Effective customer service with quick and very helpful responses and they really made sure that we had the best possible service even at their expense As we did have some issues with our furniture but they were still so helpful and understanding and was quick to rectify the issue without complaint.”

“Easy to assemble. Children absolutely love them. Great size. Only complaint I have is that they’re rather noisy when the children move- more than I would expect- but other than that they’re a hit in our house!”

“We loved the product, brilliant bunk bed for our two boys (aged 3 & 7). Delivery was organised and well communicated. However, the build time of the bed was completely unrealistic. It was suggested the bed would take 2.5 hours to build and it took almost 3 times as long! We would have liked this to have been more realistically communicated. However, we would use the website again - we bought a mattress shortly after that was delivered within 2 days.”

“Bed got delayed but got a £25 voucher to spend with them for the inconvenience. Really nice bed, once we figured out the instructions. Took a good few hours to put together. Bought the stompa mid sleeper with desk.”

“Love the wardrobes however they took ages to come and one 2 of the panels were slightly damaged in transit. Also the top of the wardrobes aren't the best to build. Still really glad I got them though and they look amazing in my daughters room.”
