Order and delivery excellent. The only 2 small things I'd say is its a little annoying all the adverts are "free delivery" but in fact I had to pay £30 delivery(!) because I live in Scotland. Surely a smaller delivery charge for everyone would be fairer. The other thing was the instructions were very hard to follow. It took us a whole day to build, but it is great quality and looks amazing and I'm sure my daughter will love it:)
