“Love the bed, although was a nightmare to build took hours........ Wood is good quality although there were quite a few scuffs and scratches on arrival which is a real shame as it is white; but this was probably due to the delivery......... But how do you prove this either way...... The bed is good and the text is a fab idea which kids love. A little more Velcro would also help :)”

“Bed is good overall. A lot of work to put together and a delivery service that will not carry it upstairs. Shame as it is really heavy and awkward in the pack. I'm sure it can be an issue for many people. Construction is a big job and not for the feight hearted. Product is overall good, although the white paint has minor chips in some areas. Tent.Ok. Held on by Velcro. Slightly less substantial than it appears on website, although small person has no objections!”

“The beds are lovely but they were difficult to put up. The instructions were really unhelpful as the two parts came with separate instructions which contradicted each other. Would be easily remedied - shame it hasn't been already as it would have saved a lot of time and swearing!”

“I can't fault the bed, it's sturdy, well made, and a decent size. Took about 3 hours to assemble, and the fittings are pretty good quality. I would have liked the bed to be whiter than it is, but this is a minor point. My main reason to remove a star is that the bed came in 2 parts. There was no marking to state that the second package had the main instructions... as I started with the single bed before opening the extra box. Stupid in hindsight, but I imagine a very common mistake. It was easy enough to rectify by removing some fixtures. Overall, very happy with this bed... as is my 3 year old.”

“Bed arrived quickly, all parts present and correct and fairly easy to assemble (took two of us). Feels quite sturdy in situ too. Only gave four stars because the material (to make the den underneath) attaches via a Velcro strip which is supposed to stick to the underside of the bed however, it did not stay attached to the bed at all and kept falling down. In the end I stapled gunned the Velcro strip to the wooden baton and now the strip, and more importantly the material, stays in place.”

“The tent doesn't fit as well as it's should for a product that's supposed to match and costs £60. The bed itself is of a high quality and my son loves sleeping in it.”

“Delayed delivery due to warehouse issues, but that can’t be avoided and a partial refund was given so happy with that. The bed itself is great and my daughter is extremely happy with it, I think it will need to be fixed to the wall however as it’s not the sturdiest construction. Happy with service and the product.”

“I ordered a child’s mattress with delivery expected in 3-5 days. On day 5 I was contacted by Room to Grow saying there were stock issues with this mattress, and they couldn’t guarantee when delivery would occur. They helpfully provided some other options that were in stock, and then reordered and issued a refund for the price difference really quickly, including waiving the delivery fee at my request. Delivery of the new mattress was a day later than they specified, but generally the customer service and product quality I’ve experienced is very good.”

“The furniture is fairly straightforward to construct and the instructions are okay. Nice and solid when built, very happy with the end result. Delivery wait rather long and limited options for delivery time and date so be flexible.”

“The bed is really good, very sturdy. however I also got assembly and not happy overall with that. It cost a lot (£150) and we were left with we have misaligned screws cracked & scratched wood.”
