I can’t believe this website is still up and running they scammed me out of £400 for a bed for my Grand daughter please do not use them! How they say they have 5 star reviews is a joke!

Shockingly bad!!!! and illegal! I ordered 2 high sleeper beds in July with a promised delivery within 4-6 weeks....after a lot of empty promises and lies, I finally canceled my order on the 9th of September. By law, I was owed a refund within 14 days of cancelation. It took them till September 26th to email me saying that they were not able to refund me because they changed the payment gateway. I am almost £1800 out of pocket and my children have no beds!

3 months for delivery, and the only way you can contact them is via email which they just give you the same response every time 10-14 days Would not recommend

Good prices but poor communication. I received no correspondence after payment. I was not informed when I had been dispatched therefore could not organise someone to be home for the delivery. I started a live chat, emailed and called. On the call I was told it would be with my that same day. I was very annoyed as I work fulltime and can not arrange someone at the drop of a hat! My neighbour kindly took the order in and the box was battered, broken both ends. One end soaked! Not happy and will not be a returning customer.

Thank you for leaving a review as all feedback is greatly appreciated. From looking into your order it does appear that an order confirmation email was sent to the email address supplied. I am, however, extremely sorry you were not contacted by the delivery team when the order was ready for delivery but please rest assured this will be looked into. Best wishes RTG

I am still awaiting a refund for an order which you cancelled before Christmas. I had already waited several months for you to fulfil the order. I am astounded and upset.

an you give zero stars?? I ordered a bed on the 8th August, they couldn’t fulfil the delivery, finally agreed to refund the money on the 29th October after so much chasing…..and still no money at the end of January even though I am chasing weekly! What a sham and a disgrace of a company!!!! And they have no contact number that they answer to speak to someone!

My experience is sadly the same as many others on this site. Order placed on 8-10 week delivery. No communication from company at 10 weeks. I chased, they told me it was in the warehouse awaiting dispatch. 2 weeks and chasing later, they cancelled my order. Said a refund would be processed within 2 weeks. No refund received. Then said would be a further 10-15 working days. Then said it had been processed on the 2 week point but this was clearly lies. If you have used Amazon Pay I urge you to submit a claim within the 90 day claim period. Otherwise RTG will just run down the clock, fobbing you off. I still don’t have my money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY’RE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!!! ORDER NOT RECEIVED, REFUND NOT RECEIVED AFTER CHASING FOR MONTHS. ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

SCAM DO NOT USE - THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU. Placed an order in good faith, got an order confirmation and then nothing else. The website is fake, all positive reviews are fake. If you placed an order and have lost your money, please contact Action Fraud and your bank. Trying to get them taken down.

I am utterly disappointed with my experience with RTG. After placing an order for a bed, I was left waiting indefinitely as it never arrived. To add insult to injury, the mattress that was part of the same order did arrive, albeit over three months late. It sits idly, rendered useless without its counterpart. Additionally, their communication was very poor. When the items were late, I had to chase the. They did not proactively contact me. Not once did I receive an apology The lack of coordination and respect for the customer is appalling. Not only did RTG fail to fulfil my order, but they also left me with half a product that served no purpose on its own. The situation was made worse by the fact that RTG is reportedly nearing liquidation, which was stressful as it raised concerns about the possibility of receiving any form of compensation. RTG did agree to refund me the full amount, but then did not honour the refund and I therefore had to go through my credit card company. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of RTG and seek products and services from more reliable companies. It’s not worth the risk, especially when the company is potentially on the brink of liquidation and your hard-earned money could be lost.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered a mattress. Told delivery time was 3-6 weeks. Emailed for an update and just told 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. 27 days later and still no refund!!! Keep being told “we’ll chase it up”. I doubt that somehow. So now I need to keep chasing them. And have since seen a whole load of very angry reviews on trust pilot too!

Terrible service. Ordered the high sleeper bed and the mattress back in February. My order never came, neither did my money after cancellation. I had to contact my bank and open the dispute to get my money back. Very poor service!

Order bunk beds 12 May 2024, cancelled 05 July 2024. Every time I chased they just gave a standard response to say they will check with their warehouse..... Seems like a scam and a waste of time. Very poor service if it isn't a scam.

I have no idea how there are good reviews on here. Perhaps this was before the company was in trouble (can only assume they are heading for liquidation). AVOID at all costs. They will take your money, not deliver the goods, not answer your phone calls and not refund your money. Disgusting.

Terrible customer service and having ordered 4 months ago, I'm still waiting on delivery! No contact from RTG and, despite chasing numerous times, no date yet. You can't even talk to someone on the phone, as they just cut you off after a few rings. I had high hopes, as have ordered from them before, but I'm going to have to cancel and request my refund.

Awful company, awful customer service. I ordered a bed with a delivery time fo 6 to 8 weeks, its now 12 weeks and there is still no sign of it. I keep getting told it will be with me soon but for the past 3 weeks my emails are being ignored and it's impossible to get hold fo them by phone, my only option is to start legal proceedings

I wish I have reviewed the customer review before I ordered my daughter's bed and mattress. I did not know such long delivery timelines. although, we have received the bed in two weeks. However, we have not received the mattress. (we found the same mattress with same price in other place with next day free delivery. There is no other way to contact to the customer service excepted via email. They responded that it will take 10-20 working days. I thought I got a very good sale on Bank holiday deal, in fact, they do sale all the time. You can find the same product elsewhere with same/slightly cheaper. Very disappointed

Happy to take your money, incredibly slow to deliver. 12 weeks in and the same response every time “we are talking to the delivery team” customer service is shocking, PLEASE AVOID do not fall into the same trap as other and myself
