“Company good delivery company a shambles don’t use if you want goods to turn up in good condition. Mine was chipped, boxes broken and driver using foul and abusive language in front of my wife and children.”

“Our grandson really loves his new bed and we are very happy with the quality and design. The instructions however, were not easy to follow even for someone with years of experience of flat pack. The other slight problem is that the bed does not go up against a wall in his bedroom and there are some sharp corners on the end of the desk sliders. We have had to put some protective corners there to stop him banging his head. Delivery was fine, albeit a little early for a Monday morning-6-55am!! Otherwise, we are happy with our purchase. Thanks.”

“We bought a mid sleeper with 6 drawers from Room to Grow for our daughter. Communication around delivery was good. Although we love the bed itself, it took significantly longer than the indicated time to assemble.”

“Quickly delivered and good customer service, but the instructions were poor. Three boxes were delivered, each containing different instructions. Also, Bloc high sleeper is very heavy so needs a couple of strong people to lift the fully assembled bed section up to the top level.”

As the Bloc is a building system of beds and extensions the instructions for each section of the bed will have been supplied separately. Clear instructions for each particular bed configuration can be downloaded on the website. It is great to hear you were pleased with the delivery and service received. Thank you, RTG

“Order was a lot later then expected. However the customer service team were great and pushed it forward as quickly as possible. The actual product is perfect. Well made, as pictured, very sturdy. Am sure it will be enjoyed for years to come.”

“Good product. Happy with purchase but confusion with delivery service. Got several emails but seemed to be from different company’s. One email stated delivery from kids world which I had not heard of and one said Next home furniture delivery. Both of which confused me and I nearly deleted emails as knew I hadn’t ordered anything from these company’s. Maybe clearer communication of this when purchase.”

“The bunk bed is as described. Good quality and a lot of extra space at the lower level compared to other bunk beds + the shelves that are handy. It took a bit of time to build it but we did it ! very happy with our purchase”

“Room to Grow was helpful on the phone. However they have no control over the delivery process. It says 7-10 days delivery but it took 8 days to receive the first call to arrange a delivery for a date which was 2 weeks away. We had to change the delivery date which meant for us to wait another month. I had to call 3 times to chase as noone was calling me to inform of a new date. Finally after the order date of 18 Feb we received the beds on 24 March.”

“I have had a few problems with the bunk beds I ordered. First the bunk beds arrived damaged then a few months later the step on the ladder broke. Both times however ?room to grow? have dealt with the matter quickly and I can?t fault them just a shame I?ve had such bad luck so far.”

“Good service from Room to Grow and bed is good quality. Disappointed that the delivery isn?t ?to room of choice? as it stated. I asked the delivery guys and they said no we only deliver to your door which meant my husband had to lug 4 heavy boxes up the stairs after it spent 5 days in our hallway...”
