“Good product. Happy with purchase but confusion with delivery service. Got several emails but seemed to be from different company’s. One email stated delivery from kids world which I had not heard of and one said Next home furniture delivery. Both of which confused me and I nearly deleted emails as knew I hadn’t ordered anything from these company’s. Maybe clearer communication of this when purchase.”

“The bunk bed is as described. Good quality and a lot of extra space at the lower level compared to other bunk beds + the shelves that are handy. It took a bit of time to build it but we did it ! very happy with our purchase”

“Great bed perfect for my daughters bedroom that is on the small side. She now has space to play and loves her new bed. The bed itself looks great and is sturdy. It did take quite a bit of time do build but got there!”

“Easy to our base, a wait on the item I wanted. Still waiting on delivery to be arranged but the team have been great with communication, I'm hoping the item is as good as it looks and has good safe delivery.”

“The mid sleeper was in good condition and much better value than many other similar products on the market. The assembly instructions were fairly easy to follow - the assembly itself took quite a long time as there are many steps (some things could be made easier e.g. the slats being on a ladder) but the end product seems to be solid and is perfect for what we wanted. Our daughter is so happy with her new bed and desk!”

“Love this bed. Sturdy. Only thing that was painful is that during set up a small knock chipped off the first paint too easily leaving an ugly mark. For the rest very happy. Please note: Beds stacked closely together so adult cannot sit up on bottom bed to read to child!”

If you have any issues with regards to a chip please contact our support team at support@roomtogrow.co.uk as we have touch up paint that would work very well to cover your chip. This is a low bunk bed making it easy to reach for tucking in at night - Best Wishes Lindsey

“Good as ordering was easy, and email to customer service was responded quickly. Not 5 star as they cannot deal with return product when it's faulty! I have to find way to get rid of it.”

“Excellent bunk beds. Great quality apart from the trundle bed which is no where near as robust. Delivery good but different parts came from different delivery companies so we had to wait in twice for delivery.”
