Super easy and straight forward saves a lot of time/hassle. Took the two man team most of the morning to assemble and some parts were damaged but they identified all the damage to me and arranged for these to replaced (took about 2weeks)

The beds i ordered are great, however delivery process was awful, took a month to get delivered, poor information from delivery company who only deliver 1 day a fortnight in the south east, and with no option to change date if youre not available

Ordered a great Stompa bed but there was cosmetic damage to the frame. No big deal but on trying to get hold of Room to Grow, we have not yet heard back or had a resolution. Looking forward to hearing from them soon!

Wasn’t very impressed with the email communication which was unclear and misleading over delivery times, and items going out of stock two weeks after ordering. Service was redeemed by Stacey who gave great customer service over the phone and cleared things up.

For the price of their products multiple holes didn't line up for the screws. The company took payment and only delivered one out of 3 boxes (the ladder) then said I'd have to wait 5 weeks for the rest of it because it wasnt in stock, how ever online it stated that it was in stock. Overall the experience i had using the company wasn't the best. Expected much better service considering the value of the product i ordered. Would never use again.

Overall a decent company. There was an issue with delivery but this was the fault of the courier company they use. However my only criticism of Room to Grow is that they should have communicated directly with their service provider and contacted me themselves about the delay as they will have more persuasion over their delivery company. The product itself is of good quality, a couple of panels weren’t painted but I didn’t report those. If I did I have no doubt they would have been replaced. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait for them. Definitely recommend that a room to Grow is considered for your purchase.

Ordered bed with installation they forgot to add this so had to hire somebody eles to put the bed up then the instructions are difficult to follow.the beds are good quality though

Boxes came severally damaged. When I put up the wardrobes I found a door has been damaged in 3 places. No email address in website to send photos of the damage to. But on the other side of things, they are great products and my son loves his desk and wardrobe.

Lovely bed, sturdy and easy to assemble. Slightly weird holes still visible but this is to do with where you want the rails etc. My reason for the 3 stars is delivery time, website said 3/4weeks when I orders it but it was more like 5 and I had to chase with lots of emails etc.

The bed arrived as confirmed in emails. The gentlemen that delivered it were very helpful. Be warned Room to grow recommend that the bed fits a mattress size of 190cm (L) and they recommend mattresses that are suitable for this type of bed. The mattress is too small in length and fits a mattress of 200cm (L). The mattress that they advertise and the one that we purchased is very uncomfortable and once my little girl is a bit older it will need changing.

Thank you for your comments, the bed is designed for 90 x 190cm mattresses, there should be some space at the head and footboard to allow for changing bedding, the mattresses should not be tight against the head and footboards. Best wishes RTG

Looks great however instructions were for left hand ladder which made assembly much more difficult and took longer. Please update instructions!

Delivery seamless and good service. but the bed is a huge task to build, instructions say 2 x people and 2x hours, we are on our 3rd day of building at least 7hours in and no end in sight. Instructions are clear, just literally the amount of parts, screws etc. - endless! I hope it is worth the blisters!

Happy with the product, good quality material but did not realise the poles don't come in half like a lot of other tepees .Box is so long I struggle to get it in my car for transporting to grandsons house.

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately we wouldn't want to sacrifice the quality and rigidity of the teepee by having the poles split in half as they are solid wood. By removing from the packaging it may be easier to transport. Best wishes RTG

Overall I wouldn’t of paid the price I did if I hadn’t of had the damage pieces and chipped paint/wood.

Not too much communication and the booking rescheduling wasn’t great. I was offered a slot, I clicked reschedule to see what other dates were available and it cancelled my slot and said “we’ll be in touch”. Emailed them, no response, then a few days later got another slot (same slot I think) which I felt I had to accept. Had to take a day off to receive it, I’m self employed charged out at £350 p/day so this added a fair bit to the price for me. More flexibility in the rescheduling process could easily have prevented this. Otherwise, very happy with the bed.
