Unfortunately our bunk bed was delayed for several months and communication was only good when I chased it up myself.
However the final product is excellent, well made, sturdy. Instructions were simple to follow though certain things like dowels etc were mislabelled (ie two different sizes listed but we got them all the same size) This wasnt too much of an issue though and overall the product is excellent.
