“Beds are lovely, sturdy and well made. Only issue I had was cabin bed got delivered without mattress so could not use until mattress arrived a while later when high sleeper was delivered”

“Lovely design and colour, classic and sturdy whilst also modern so fits with my style. Shame we had a few marks and scrapes on the pieces and we did let you know, but we’re keen to get the bunk beds built and being used rather than start exchanging and waiting for certain pieces to arrive.”

“Great bed. My son loves it. Easy to put together. The only negative is the slide could look better. But this will get a lot of use so wouldn’t have looked new for long!! V happy. Great delivery and easy to order.”

“I ordered a Wooden garage on 25th November which didn't arrive until 13th December due to strikes. It should have arrived by 1st December, in time for my grandson's 2nd birthday, so I was disappointed. My grandson didn't miss it at his age and had many other gifts. I did get concerned and eventually sent an email, which they replied to quickly and provided a tracking number, which I hadn't had until they replied to the email. The parcel seemed to go to several mail centres before eventually reaching here. I was very pleased with the quality of the wooden garage but after putting together the lift pulley grip came off. Fortunately I have a glue gun, which repaired it with ease. The important thing is my grandson appeared to love it and was lying on the floor investigating all parts of it! I would use 'Room to Grow' again.”

We are so sorry your garage did not arrive in time for your grandson's birthday. We have upgraded our deliveries but there are still hold ups with Royal Mail in the back log, we are sorry for any disappointment caused. Sincere apologies RTG

“The quality of the product is great, we love the design and innovation of the cabin bed/desk set up helping us increase the functionality of our box room. However, the lack of communication when you’ve purchased a product to confirmation to delivery is too little. It was difficult to know when to expect delivery and to plan for it. More updates to the customer that you’re still working on things is better than too few.”

Thank you for your review. We are delighted you are happy with your Bella bed. The mattress should measure 120cm wide x 190cm long for a small double. There is often space between the mattress and the frame to make it easier to change bedding and allow a little movement in the mattress, it should not be a tight fit. “Great bed, arrived in immaculate condition and was straightforward to assemble. The only downside is that they said delivery was 2-3 weeks, but it actually took 4 and arrived after my son's birthday. They did keep me well-informed once the delivery was scheduled, although it was scheduled for 10 days after I received the text and not within 3 days of the text, as they had said it would be.”

“The bed is great and very impressed with delivery and assembly.. However, not happy with company changing my delivery date on short notice due to another customer having the same name as me. This error on their part, caused massive inconvenience for me and my husband. Also had to delay more renovations to our house because of it. I did receive an email reply apologising but was not impressed with how the situation was dealt with.”

“Fantastic bed, really good quality. Disappointed that I'd paid for assembly but they don't assemble the day they deliver. Simple getting a refund but would have liked it built on the same day. Would have been 5 stars”

We are unable to offer assembly at the time of delivery for the Jubilee Bunk Bed, we use Screwdriver, an independent assembly team who will call a couple of days after delivery. “Initially, I wasn't entirely sure about the product; however, after bearing with it, I now understand its design and size. The firmness is there for a good reason and prevents an unsupported posture. This could be explained a bit more as some reviewers have mentioned the firmness as a negative. After a week's use during the hot spell, I am more than happy with it.”

“Great product, shame it’s not as white as the picture shows, parts could do with numbering/letters and instructions if you decide to have the ladder on the opposite side. Good friendly service on delivery”

Thank you for your comments, we will pass these on to the factory regarding numbering parts. The Thuka Hit has a whitewash finish rather than a solid white finish, allowing the characteristics of the solid wood to show through. Best wishes RTG

“Prompt confirmation on receipt of the order and accurate eta of goods. Slight disappointment outer box torn above display panel on the box. As this is a gift would have preferred unmanaged box. However previous positives out way the negative.”
