“Over all a very easy experience to purchase and book a convenient delivery slot. Bed put together within a couple of hours by 1 person. Bed is sturdy which is what I was looking for and the kids love it! Small mark on the headboard of the top bunk but I didn’t want to faff with retuning. Only other negative is the mattresses don’t quite fit so there’s a fairly large gap at the end.”

“We were satisfied with the service. Our bed was delayed which can’t be helped and the then the lorry delivering it broke down so it was delayed again. I ended up having to chase the order as then we didn’t hear back for a while. Got it in the end.”

“Swift delivery of mid sleeper bed and mattress. Accompanying book case came with one wrong piece, Room 2Grow quickly reordered the correct part, but redelivery took quite a few days, hence 4 stars rather than 5”

“The bed was delivered as advised and pretty quick. The contents was all there for the high sleeper. The instruction could be clearer - you have to go back to the first page to find different types of screws etc and ideally you need space around the bed to give you room for long screws and Allen keys etc”

“The bed looks to be good quality Only thing wrong was a piece missing now I’ve got to wait up to 10 days for a replacement as it’s coming from Denmark don’t know why just didn’t send me a new order as that was only 4 days delivery. But the problem was resolved quickly.”

“The buying process and delivery of my mid-sleeper beds was nice and easy. Beds arrived sooner than expected too. Keenly priced compared to other sites, however free delivery should be offered as a £30 charge for the 'easily accessible' Central Scotland was tough to take. Would recommend overall...”

“It looks like a good sturdy bed. It took two half days to put together, though. It would have helped to have the parts numbered and better explanations on how/ which way to assemble.”

Thank you for your comments. please can you advise on the parts that were incorrect? This is very unusual for a Tam Tam bed. Perhaps one of our fitters can contact you to discuss this?
