Delivery didn't turn up on the right day as arranged and even then the shelf which was supposed to come with it still hasn't been delivered 2 weeks later.

Bed was missing a part - spoke to customer service who assured me the part would be sent out straight away. Still waiting... slats also extremely difficult to get flush with side bed panels - not the best experience so far.

The bed is nice quality but the standardised way each piece is produced means there are extra holes everywhere that even when covered with the caps spoil the overall effect. The L shape bunk beds are simply a high bunk and single bed. They are not joined in any way and should be advertised as such, this is actually a benefit but it made the instructions very confusing without this information. The beds do take a good 4 hours to assemble, with 2 people so maybe paying the £155 for assembly might be worth it. My biggest complaint though were the delivery drivers who turned up earlier than had been told and dumped the boxes, which are extremely heavy, with a neighbour instead of putting them in the room that had been prepared.

Delivery excellent. A couple of black caps for the bed slats were missing and wardrobe had a chip of paint missing where it looked as if it had been damaged in manufacturing process.

The bed is lovely and I couldn?t find that kind of thing anywhere else. The quality is great. I only gave three stars because they don?t tell you until check out that this bespoke bed can take 4-5 weeks and they don?t give you any update on the progress of your order unless you chase. The bed ended up taking 5.5 week and I ended up chasing it. The ladies I dealt with were great in the end, but I shouldn?t of had to chase. the bed is fantastic, but the only thing I would say is it?s a same all the bolts and screws are on show. Otherwise it?s perfect for our requirements

Poor: I had to chase up communicationof reciepts etc. Delivery charge excessive at £34 (an opinion) Well: contact when there was an emergency to rearrange. Product worht the wait and money.

The website is great, very clear checkout and selection experience. Initial delivery was great and on time. One of the parts was however not machined correctly, service to rectify the problem was prompt, efficient and handled very well. However there seems to be very poor communication between Room to Grow and their delivery firm. I was promised the part would turn up the next day, it didn't and I had no communication during the day. I then called and was told it had been held up due to traffic and was scheduled to be on the first truck the next day. I spoke to Room To Grow 4 times during the specified day to be told it was on its way twice and once I was told that there was no way of checking once it was on the truck?? Consequently at 5pm that day I chased again to be told it had been delivered at 10.45am to an incorrect address and that it couldn't be delivered for another 2 days. Ultimately because I made a fuss it was delivered the next day. I appreciate the incorrect delivery was not the fault of Room To Grow however communication could have been a lot better as I was constantly chasing and if the issues had been captured earlier they could have been better handled. It's a shame as initial great service was then let down by poor process and communication. Product is great now it's all built..

Good quality product and looks great in the bedroom, the kids love their new bunk bed. Unfortunately we were let down by having missing parts. Halfway through construction we realised that we had 3 of one type of post and 1 of the other instead of 2 of each. We contacted R2G who sent out a replacement fairly promptly. However we then discovered screws rather than bolts had been supplied so had to contact R2G again to get them to send those out. In all fairness, we should have checked all the parts at the beginning but sometimes these things don't become obvious until you actually need to use them. R2G were apologetic and sent replacement parts out quickly but it took us 3 weeks to get the bunk beds up in the end!

Lovely bed and arrived the day after ordering. Unfortunately when we put it together, there was lots of screws and fixings missing.. We had to use other screws we found in the house for the slats and we couldn't finish the bed off until we had the rest of the fixings, we had to temporarily fix it so my little boy could sleep in it without falling out. The fixings came the next day very prompt.. When we came to put them in we found another screw had run out, so there are bits missing but we are not messing around taking it to bits again. Over all a good bed and good service but they need to put extra fixings in not make you short for finishing the bed. Very annoying.

The product is great but the delivery was really bad. The driver missed the promised slot so I had to keep chasing them and nobody knew what was going on. Eventually he had to show up and I had to help him carry the package about 70 metres from the street because he was by himself and didn't even have a trolley for the bed which was about 65kg including the extra sides. The additional pieces did not include instructions so I had to work it out myself. I worked this out in the end but the main problem was that one of the additional side pieces should be constructed in the construction of the main bed base so now I'm going to have to take it apart again to get the additional side panel in.

The delivery service that room to grow use was poor. i Waited an extra 2 weeks for the goods to be delivered. Communication wasn?t great and on one occasion a delivery can turned up without my order on the van - over all pretty poor service. Bed however is nice, well made and my daughter loves it.

We are yet to receive our 'trundle drawer' over a month after placing the order. I know it was out of stock initially. Since it has been back in stock I had a call to arrange delivery but when the day came around, nothing was in fact delivered. I had a second call a week later asking to deliver it the very next day. When I said that wouldn't be convenient I was told 'well we don't know when we will next be in your area' implying that any further delay is my fault. I have paid for goods and I feel it is Room to Grow's responsibility to ensure it is delivered in a timely manner.

Because the delivery is late and everything is not coming together I have to wait for the drawer for another two weeks for it. And I haven?t received the bed yet.

I love the bed and more importantly my son loves the bed! However, the wrong box was delivered and I was unable to contact anyone about it - I ended up sorting it via live chat on the website and then I had to chase as no one contacted me for over a day about exchanging the boxes. But they did exchange the boxes before the week was out and the bed is lovely.

Easy to order. Lovely product. Delivered in a reasonable timeframe. Only downfall was arrived at 6pm to construct beds so kids unable to go to bed/sleep until after 8.30pm which on a school night wasn't ideal.

Management and tracking of the delivery was poor. Was not given options for a delivery date. Given the value and leadtime i dont understanding why this was not the case. Used my landline number for all call even though I had supplied a mobile number. In this smart phone age this could be as lot better.

The customer service person I spoke to was friendly & helpful but the first delivery 'attempt' was postponed without warning (I had to phone to find out) and second was 2 hours past the 6pm deadline. They did keep quiet so they didn't wake the kids though.

I had a few issues with delivery and communication from RTG. The girl I dealt with via email (Jennah) was always really helpful and responded quickly but it seemed the different elements of the business weren't working well together. Everything got resolved in the end but it was a lengthy process.

I had to phone twice to find out when the bunk bed would be delivered-in the end it was over a month not the 10 to 15 working days quoted. There was no choice of delivery day. It would be appropriate to communicate with customers to update them on orders if there is any delay beyond the quoted time.

Had an issue with expected delivery time and it took several calls over a few days to resolve. I must stress it was resolved satisfactorily in the end but was not a brilliant experience.
