I had to chase delivery date and when the item arrived there were no instructions. Upon opening the pack up found items to be damaged. To their credit instructions were emailed promptly and hopefully a replacement part will be on its way. In essence quality control is poor with reasonable customer service once chased.

Poor delivery service (third attempt) from the supplier of the bed I ordered and various defects with the product. However on raising my complaint room to grow we're very helpful and friendly and I will be ordering from them again. I got my delivery refunded and a small refund from the cost of the bed.

Delivery was disappointing. I had to postpone the first date given as I was away but then I had to chase up a second date as they appeared to have forgotten. I was offered a date the instant I contacted them though so that was good.

Communication before placing an order was fantastic, queries quickly responded. Order placed and it was a shame that the bedroom set ordered had to come from 2.separate warehouses. Wardrobe arrived with over 250 pieces just in 1 bag, nothing was divided up. Had to wait over a week for the other bedroom furniture after calling up to query delivery. To find out the delivery team were in the area and should of offered a delivery time. Shame that the delivery wasn't as smooth as ordering especially when the furnitute is of great quality and pleased with our products.

Lovely bed and arrived the day after ordering. Unfortunately when we put it together, there was lots of screws and fixings missing.. We had to use other screws we found in the house for the slats and we couldn't finish the bed off until we had the rest of the fixings, we had to temporarily fix it so my little boy could sleep in it without falling out. The fixings came the next day very prompt.. When we came to put them in we found another screw had run out, so there are bits missing but we are not messing around taking it to bits again. Over all a good bed and good service but they need to put extra fixings in not make you short for finishing the bed. Very annoying.

The service was good, they rang ahead of delivery. The only issue is poor product description and quality of bed structure and therefore I would not have purchased based on what I received vs what was advertised

The online chat was very helpful. The delivery booking was a bit confusing as I didn't get a confirmation email that the delivery was booked. However the delivery arrived as booked and the delivery guys were really helpful.

Good quality product and looks great in the bedroom, the kids love their new bunk bed. Unfortunately we were let down by having missing parts. Halfway through construction we realised that we had 3 of one type of post and 1 of the other instead of 2 of each. We contacted R2G who sent out a replacement fairly promptly. However we then discovered screws rather than bolts had been supplied so had to contact R2G again to get them to send those out. In all fairness, we should have checked all the parts at the beginning but sometimes these things don't become obvious until you actually need to use them. R2G were apologetic and sent replacement parts out quickly but it took us 3 weeks to get the bunk beds up in the end!

Room to Grow needs to be clearer on their website as to which products are in or out of stock. My daughter rang and was told items were in stock, that when I ordered the next day, turned out not to be.

Bed was missing a part - spoke to customer service who assured me the part would be sent out straight away. Still waiting... slats also extremely difficult to get flush with side bed panels - not the best experience so far.

I like the room to grow beds, which are fantastic and look so good and are sturdy. However, their lights aren't great for the price. It may just have been that I had a faulty one first time but they are so environmentally unfriendly, with the only option to bin the entire thing and buy another one as they don't have replacement bulbs or other parts. I also found their customer service bizarre. I just missed out on the 1 year warranty when the first light died and we used another light. I got back in contact with them after a further year to enquire about a replacement light and they informed me the warranty has since been extended to 2 years but that I have now missed out on that! They kindly offered me £3.50 discount on a new light but when I replied to say I'd appreciate they reconsider refusing me a replacement under warranty seeing as my initial enquiry was within two years they DIDN'T EVEN REPLY. It seems to be a fairly childish customer service to simply ignore a question they find difficult; entering into a discourse and providing their reasons is how an adult resolves disagreements through discussion. Beds are great though!

I found staff helpful when I called regarding the bed I wished to purchase, my only issue would be that the delivery date was confusing and I had to ring to confirm the delivery dater when it wasn't delivered when I was expecting it. then the carrier called with a different delivery date altogether. otherwise great

Took over the 28 days promised for delivery. The delivery team were prompt and arrived on a Saturday which was good. The space up double bed is of poor quality (several pieces cracked during making it) and took 12 hours to put together not the 3.5 indicated on the instructions. I would not recommend this bed.

I had to phone twice to find out when the bunk bed would be delivered-in the end it was over a month not the 10 to 15 working days quoted. There was no choice of delivery day. It would be appropriate to communicate with customers to update them on orders if there is any delay beyond the quoted time.

The customer service person I spoke to was friendly & helpful but the first delivery 'attempt' was postponed without warning (I had to phone to find out) and second was 2 hours past the 6pm deadline. They did keep quiet so they didn't wake the kids though.

It?s a difficult one. The bed turned up without the mattress, although the mattress was in the same warehouse as the bed. Anyway the customer service was great, thanks Heather and all has been sorted and the bed is lovely. Apart from a mark on one end, unfortunately it looks like a rust mark. Daughters happy with it.

salesperson made an error when quoting and later sent a message indicating that they needed to charge an additional amount. when product arrived, person delivering would not take to my apartment as couldn't carry up stairs. I had to carry the boxes up the stairs.
