“It took a very long time to receive our delivery. It took me contacting customer services and then I had a call to book delivery the next day. So presumably I had been forgotten.”

“Delivery was quick and punctual and we were kept informed throughout and given a 2h delivery slot which was very convenient. However description of the goods were not clearly stating the use of cheap materials.”

“The bed is indeed lovely. It does take a long time to put together - it took my husband and me almost 2 days. It has only one flaw which is the bottom drawer sits very close to the bottom stair and one of these is out my a mm or so, which means to open the drawer it needs to be pulled slightly to the left. The only issue I had was with delivery. I explained several times that I needed to plan the delivery well in advance as I work full time. Weekend deliveries were not available. To cut a long story short, delivery was attempted when I wasn't expecting it, and Room to Grow put me in touch with the supplier to better discuss delivery options, who in turn told me to speak to the courier - so 3 parties were involved just adding to the problem. Eventually my neighbour helpfully agreed to be around to accept delivery.”

Thank you for your comments. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with your new Graphite Compact Bed. It is unusual to receive a comment about the bottom drawer so perhaps the assembly needs adjusting, but without reviewing this, it is very difficult to say. If this is an issue then please do contact support@roomtogrow.co.uk and customer services will be more than happy to help. “A good product and two very happy children, but takes way too long to build! The instructions are clear, but with hundreds of parts and no order to their packaging, it took an hour just to get everything unpacked and laid out. Some of the fixiings seem unneccessary and are difficutl to access. So thats seven hours of my life I'm never getting back!”
