“Delivery was disappointing. I had to postpone the first date given as I was away but then I had to chase up a second date as they appeared to have forgotten. I was offered a date the instant I contacted them though so that was good.”

“Fabulous bed and great customer service BUT the fitters !! They didn't have correct screws on installation date so had to return the following week. Stained a brand new carpet with coffee stains and covered it over with cardboard. Ridiculous”

“A good product and two very happy children, but takes way too long to build! The instructions are clear, but with hundreds of parts and no order to their packaging, it took an hour just to get everything unpacked and laid out. Some of the fixiings seem unneccessary and are difficutl to access. So thats seven hours of my life I'm never getting back!”
