First phonecall about 4.30 pm,told plumber would phone within 30 mins nothing until getting on for 6 informed suppliers were closing so would call back at 9am next day, pointed out this was too late for me so agreed 8am. No phone calls at all until 12 noon, when I was told plumber was on his way. Pointed out I had already resorted the job and told them not to bother turning up. Incidentally during the 6pm call on the previous day the price was reduced from £129 to £99 how does that work. Company is a waste of space do not use!!!

Unreliable. The electrician has failed to turn up twice - on both days I took time off work. Rightio said sorry but did not ever keep me up to date on when the electrician would arrive. When I phoned to cancel the job I was told Rightio can only book work, not cancel it and I would have to do so directly with the electricians dept - who were 'engaged', Rightio seem to have little control of their contractors and limited appreciation of basic customer service.

Locksmith turned up and without waiting for a key holder to be there opened the door and left with the burglar alarm going. To my knowledge, as I wasn’t there he didn’t t check the lock. A very expensive service which left my property vulnerable.

Speechless! Heating issue. So the engineer turns up and gets my heating working, however unable to turn heating off now! When I called I was told a another engineer visit was needed at an additional cost of 130.00. Shocking...as they did a partial fix on the first visit. Engineers responsibility should ensure that boiler/heating should be fully functional prior to departure. I would never use this company again and advise all readers to think careful before selecting. Very dissapointed and angry!!!!!

Company charged my mother £113 for a leaky connection, so a five minute job and no parts necessary. When they left it was still leaking. I didn't want them in the house again but they said if I got someone else to fix it I couldn't have a refund but if their engineer comes out & it's a different fault they'll charge me again. How can it be a different fault and since I can't get in the loft he can tell me what he likes

We have no issue with the enganier they have sent out they always seem to do the best they can. Customer service is shocking. We have complained to 2 different managers and never get called back by them. The complaints don't seem to go anywhere and it's always another department's issue. The communications between the people you speak to and the enganier is shocking. We got told we need a part on the 1st job. When booking the second job we informed the person we booked the appointment with. They didn't tell the chap they sent out. Job 3 the chap had ordered the part we confirmed we needed the part, got a 0hone call to let us know he was picking up the part. Chap turned up and had no knowledge of the part and it wasn't on the paperwork! Part finally replaced (4weeks later) and the boiler serviced but still not working and have error codes and all we are getting is you will be called back shortly. Shocking from the office side no help at All!

Was original given a time slot of 9am - 11am. Received calls every hour stating they would be a my address within half hour until it got to 5pm at which point customer service stated the plumber was unreachable. No one showed up at all. was not given acceptable service. It was a JOKE!!!!

Lots of phone calls assuring me that a plumber would be with me at my requested time but no plumber came. They tried to make out that this was because plumbing in a washing machine was a major job which is something of a worry. Advertising a same day service when they couldn't supply a same week service is false advertising.

Called early this morning for a leaking pipe. Got told the plumber would be hear between 2 and 4 so waited in. Got a call at 5pm to say the plumber had clocked off and couldnt get hear til sunday. Jokers. Wouldnt use or trust anything they say

The price for all work was aggried over the phone with two members of staff £272.73 ( VAT included)then £360 taken from my account and plus to that while plumber fit in the new electric shower, broked the tiles around. I contacted customerservice@rightio.co twice but no one seems to be budered to answer, pay difference back, fix the damage. Very disappointed. Not advice to no one.

Total fiasco. Booked weeks in advance but engineer didn’t turn up when planned. Then misinformed me twice about when the engineer was coming. Telephone operator claimed she had no record of my 2 calls which my smartphone confirms. Cancelled job. Getting a reliable gas engineer instead

The first offer of service was far too late in the day. I was then not given a time for the rearranged service visit until I had to ask. This arrangement was then delayed and finally the visit was cancelled as the engineer had been delayed again. This is unacceptable, I waited at home all day to no effect. Truly dreadful service.

central heating maintenance on Friday left us without heating due to mistake; no-one was sent to rectify mistake until Monday morning i.e nearly 3 days including the week end.

The plumbing engineer arrived as expected, looked for the leak -less than half an hour - informed me it couldn't be repaired all he could do was shut it down leaving me with no heating or hot water! Then I was charged £100.80 and he left 45 minutes after arriving. I an 71 years old and can ill afford to pay so much for a call out and look-see. I was told the price, but assumed that was for work carried out within an hour and extra for every half hour after - not just a call out fee. I immediately found a local plumber, who came out about 7pm no fee and is coming to replace the tank tomorrow. Don't use this company - phoned after their engineer left to protest at the price and was told someone would ring me back. I'M STILL WAITING, and the money has left my account. Disgusted that a company can be so money-grabbing! Mrs J Deacon

Have reviewed online today. Plumber dealt with leaking water which he claimed came from faulty fitted radiator fitments. Changed NINE fitments and was paid £250. Following day my wool bedroom carpet is soaked due to a leak at the same radiator caused by insecure fitments. We have sent on pic which we will use in claiming another carpet if the currently soaked carpet does not dry out properly.

My combi boiler is broken and I am sitting in a house with no hot water or heating. It can't be replaced without some building work being completed. I had a booking today to remove the boiler so the builder can start work. The engineer has failed to attend. There has been no communication from this company as to what is going on and the bottom line is that they have no one to do the work that they promised to do. I have already had to take the afternoon away from my hospital job to wait for these people and I simply cannot take any more time away. As I write I have no idea how to get the heating back within a reasonable time frame. I would not recommend this service to anyone who actually needs a reliable booking.

I had an awful experience with the "engineer" who was sent. I had clearly said I wanted 5 radiators removed temporarily for decorators. When Samir Rezzak arrived (late - after I had called twice) he thought he was removing one and spoke about cutting the pipe on my brand new radiator! At that point I asked him if he knew what he was doing. He said yes but I should have stopped him there. There followed the hour from hell. I had to manage the water from the draining system in my garage so it wasn't flooded and he was using bowls and buckets to drain the radiators. He had no equipment with him and eventually said I would need a heating engineer to set up my system again as he couldn't do it! He tried to refill the system and water leaked from all 5 radiator sites onto carpets and flooring. I don't believe he was qualified or experienced. I called customer services the following day but they have not returned my call. I will never use this site again.

I am disabled and had been without heating, hot water or gas to my boiler after the guys from national grid turned it off. I was given a budget from the council to have the work done. After many calls to Rightio they confirmed they would be there the next day between 9am and 12 noon to fix. I told the lady, this had to be done as if not I would have to go back to hospital. I gave up on looking for another suitable Plumber as I had put all my trust in Rightio. 8pm I was called, the lady said, They could not come until the next week as there was no one in the Norwich area to do it. Around 10pm and in a panic I called a local gas safe plumber. He came the next morning and fixed in 15 mins. Then I find out he is registered with Rightio. Never again. Not to be trusted!!!!

Absolutely everything. Leak from underneath bath..plumber came out, took off bath panel, traced leak and advised new shower... Leaks under sink..fitted a washer..said I would have to get flexie hoses.. charged £142.80. Next day called back Rightio because leaks worse...he came out again and said I told you yesterday you need flexie hoses..the washer I fitted has stopped the one leak. I had to get another plumber out..did not need new shower, just sealant replacing behind taps.. the leaks under the sink were fixed without flexie hoses..cost £45.00. After 3 calls to RIGHTIO I was told I needed an independent third party report which the second plumber would not give, because he said he didn't work like that, he was self employed and wasn't prepared to start writing reports. Inform RIGHTIO and asked them to send another plumber out to look at my shower and tell me why I was advised to replace it. I kept being told I need a third party report...I asked the name of Customer Service adviser who said his name was Darren. I asked if I could take his surname and he refused saying I'm the only Darren here..need I say anymore...

Radiator valve not closed therefore water damage. Plumber did not show up on date booked. Tank replaced is smaller than the one removed. Debit card charged without asking. Terrible experience overall.
