Speechless! Heating issue. So the engineer turns up and gets my heating working, however unable to turn heating off now! When I called I was told a another engineer visit was needed at an additional cost of 130.00. Shocking...as they did a partial fix on the first visit. Engineers responsibility should ensure that boiler/heating should be fully functional prior to departure.
I would never use this company again and advise all readers to think careful before selecting.
Very dissapointed and angry!!!!!
