I phoned the company early on 23rd Dec to say our heating had broken down. They said someone would be able to come out between 11.00 and 12.00. They then rang to say it would be in the afternoon. At 4.00 I began to get worried, so rang them up and was told it would definitely be before 5.00. That was the last I heard from them. No one came, and no one answered my phone calls. So thankyou Righto, we’ve had no heating over Christmas. My advice to anyone thinking about hiring this firm - don’t. If they had only said they could not guarantee to come that day, I would have found someone else who could.

Plumber came fixed leaking toilet started leaking 2 weeks later with water now dripping right across kitchen sealing but can't get anybody to me until at least tomorrow. Not happy so now have a repair to the ceiling to sort out.

Explained the problem a week ago. They booked an engineer in. He had no clue how to fix the problem and left straight away. Phoned customer services, who apologised but said they had no one to deal with the problem. Why didn't they tell me that in the first place. Have gone to another company who know what they are doing.

Do not use. Unreliable. A week to perform a simple repair on a boiler, the replacement of a washer and a thermistor. Kids have had to move out it’s so cold.

I called for a leak, and the operator asked an amount of bank data which personally I am not comfortable with sharing on the phone. Still, I did set up the appointment, but the engineer showed up 4 hours late, while not answering any of my calls (and by the way, the number I was given to contact him, 03303334538, comes up as associated with other issues as related to timeliness and/or contract problems). In the meanwhile, I did call other companies and I realised that the quote from rightio was quite extortionate, more than twice as much the others, not even including the cost of the materials. I will not use this service again, and I will advise friends and colleagues against using it.

Paid £200 deposit and didn’t turn up to do the job. Called them and after ten minutes on hold they hung up.

Have been without heat and hot water in sub zero temperatures since Sunday (5 days )when plumber visited, despite having paid over £400 upfront. Calls not being returned. They are unreliable and indifferent - good at making promises but bad at delivering..

I made arrangements for someone to do an electrical safety check at my sons flat. I was so impressed with the ease of making the arrangement that I agreed to take out an insurance also. I provided my Home number, mobile number, my sons mobile number and my email address. I came home from work on the day of the appointment to a message on my answering machine from right asking me to call back. I spent 15 minutes on hold the first time, 17 minutes the second time only to be hung up on when my call was answered and 20 mins the third time when I was told that there was no cover for my appointment and it would be arranged for the next day when it was not convenient for me. I told them to cancel the appointment and I will also cancel my insurance . Having this sort of service before it has actually begun is not good and being put on hold for that time when I called did not fill me with hope of good service in the future should my son need a call out in an emergency.

wish I'd read the other reviews. Booked last week for a call out to my elderly mother's flat this morning re an electrical problem. was phoned at 7am today to confirm arrival between 10-11. So I went to the flat and waited. When I called back at 11 to check where they were I was just told there was no one available today. So I cancelled altogether and have sought alternative. Don't do it, they're unreliable.

Did not tell the truth about the time to get to us . Did not keep us updated. Had to keep trying to get through to them which was a problem as they did not answer the calls. This was all over period of five hours. at 8:30 pm there website was say that they could get a plumber to us by 10:00 pm not true we were advised the that they would not attend until the next day and no fixed time could be given only between 8:00 and 12:00am .

I called this company on Friday morning as I had a fault with my fuse box, resulting in no sockets working throughout the house.I explained that I had a severely disabled son and was dependant on his hoist to enable me to care for him, and was afraid the battery would die on me. An appointment was made for 3.30, this was followed by 2 further phone calls confirming time and details. No one turned up.I called both the numbers I had been given, numerous times, all I got was a message telling me, all operators busy", !I received a call at 8pm to say someone would be calling the following day to make a further appointment! I had in the meantime called someone else who came straight away, for a fraction of the cost I had previously been quoted. Looks to me that, unless you are lucky enough get Mohammed, you have no chance! Considering the cost and the unreliability of the service, I would never recommend this company.

We haven't had the service we were expecting and communication has been very poor. Waiting 3 days for a repair to a leaking boiler & no time given when this might happen. They only seemed interested in selling a service package. Wouldn't recommend or try again.

My Boiler broke so had no heating.Was told would get phone call within the hour.Although the price was very expensive, I was pleased I was getting it sorted that day..4 hours later and after me ringing back several times & getting told I was getting call shortly & he was only 5 mins away from me I was eventually told no one was ringing me that day, it would now be next day. Why lie. Why not just tell truth in beginning.. I told them to cancel it. I had also taken a Care plan out which I have since cancelled. I am very upset I spent a afternoon getting nowhere but I have now sorted it at a considerable lower price!!

Called on Saturday, plumber available on Monday morning, they phoned Monday 10 minutes before the latest time they should have arrived to say they couldn't now get here until Wednesday.....dripping water in house for days now, very disappointed widow with young child!

Called on Wednesday to arrange a plumber because we think we have a leak in the system. Was happy that the reviews suggested we may get someone out that night but our next preferred day was Saturday. Plumber arranged for Sat between 12-5pm but the 2:30pm we had a call saying the plumber wouldn’t manage until Monday. Bit of a waste of my husbands Saturday & was also a little sceptical about the pricing but was willing to pay for a quick fix. Now that it’s not so “quick” have decided to try find a local plumber instead. Also still wondering how much my phone call to them cost because they had me on hold for over 10 minutes initially to tell me the plumber cancelled & then to put me through to the cancellations department!

Charged my elderly parents £360 to fix a lock on the their front door left them without a lock overnight and then re-installed the same lock which failed again and the firm then put the phone down when they tried to get them back. Do not use this firm for locksmith services.

80 year old Aunty had one of their service engineers call today and basically charge her £150 to do nothing but tell her she may need a new boiler he was in her property less than 20 mind total rip off

You We're Booked to Come-Did'nt Turn up !. Booked Again for Another Assessment of Central Heating Quote....Did'nt Turn up Again....No Call to say They'll be a Delay or Not Coming. Waited in on Both Occaisions. Not Very Professional...No Excuse. Noted on Your Reviews you Have a Habit of Upsetting Previous Customers for Not Turning up. Very Annoyed. Obviously you Have No Consideration of Other Peoples Time.

Do not use this company. I've waited in all day for someone to service my boiler and despite being told someone would be with me by 5 pm when I called back to check I was told no one was coming and the next slot available was just under a week away. Really poor service and they've wasted my whole day. I appreciate that some jobs take longer and engineers can't keep a schedule because of that but the service was poor and no effort made to get someone else out within a short time frame. I'd advise using another company who'll hopefully have better service - couldn't be much worse!

Booked a boiler service and was given a time slot of 12-2. No show so called customer services who said they would definitely be with me before 4. Received another call at 3.45 to say I would be the next job. I called the number they called on numerous times and no one picked up which was incredibly frustrating and then customer services would not pick up. Then no one turned up. A complete waste of a valuable days annual leave. A week later and I am still waiting for an apology. Oh sorry - 3 days later I did receive a message asking me to call them !!!! At my expense- I don’t think so. Very disappointed. I appreciate things can go wrong but the lack of contact was awful. I certainly won’t be using this company again. Very poor customer service.
