“I found you on line, when my electric boiler broke. Made contact sent engineer out who was very nice. We needed a new boiler so 2 days later the new one came and was fixed, the engineer had finished at 6 and drove away 15 mins later it was smoking and leaking!!!! So rang help line and explained what had happened, they tried to ring the engineer but his phone was turned off, so they rang back about 1 hr later to say it would be tomorrow. Then another new one was fitted to find out that we needed another new part !! So no hot water for over a week. Now we have to wait until Friday nor the new PART !!! So that's almost 2 weeks ! I would not recomend this company to anyone.”

“Fantastic from start to finish.mick renewed some radiator valves for dad.dad has dementia. Mick was great and made home to answer dad's repeated questions. Lovely man. Job 5811491”

“Had a leak under the bath, turned out to be the washers , so replaced them and popped some sealant round the mixer tap ...plumber was on time, polite and actually local ..£1 ! Cant complain about that, as it could of been alot worse ....”

“Lots of phone calls assuring me that a plumber would be with me at my requested time but no plumber came. They tried to make out that this was because plumbing in a washing machine was a major job which is something of a worry. Advertising a same day service when they couldn't supply a same week service is false advertising.”

“Called early this morning for a leaking pipe. Got told the plumber would be hear between 2 and 4 so waited in. Got a call at 5pm to say the plumber had clocked off and couldnt get hear til sunday. Jokers. Wouldnt use or trust anything they say”
