“Arrived on time. Phil was friendly and professional. He repaired my boiler and went through what hed done and checked I could use the controls to regulate the heating which was really helpful. 5 star service. So glad i rang this company!! Many thanks”

“The workman (Hamid) who attended the job was prompt, communicated throughout on the issue and subsequent repair work that was involved which was very helpful. Overall, Hamid was polite, friendly and did a good job, leaving everything clean, tidy with the necessary work being completed to a high standard.”

“Unfortunately we have been left disappointed. We based our decision to join and take out the Service Contract on the positive reviews. The initial phone call was friendly and reassuring. We asked for fitting of a newly bought radiator detailing the make, model, size etc. we were given two options if either a one off payment and date for fitting, or a one off payment of £49 if we took out the Care Plan and guaranteed fitting the next day. Based on that information we agreed to the Care Plan and never received the promised next day fitting. We’ve had to make many calls to chase up followed by a plumber arriving today stating that since the radiator is not standard there would be extra costs. The plumber also informed that the fitting would be an extra week to get parts and thought the call was for a logged leaking radiator. We’ve also been informed that our new Boiler would likely incur extra charges for any service/repair as in the Ts & Cs . We’ve had no job carried out, wrongly logged request and broken agreement therefore cancelled and not going forward with any contract. Based on initial first experience It’s been unreliable”
