A hard review to write really as although I have put 3 stars, I do not want my review to stop anyone from buying from this company!
The flowers were expensive, which I believed would also be a reassurance as to the product. Flowers arrived in a superb box that fully protected them in transit, however once out, the roses were clearly dead/browning and falling apart at the petals.
I complained and received without question exceptional customer service from the team, they were brilliant and understanding. They sent the same replacement bouquet as compensation.
The replacement although the same had two issues, one was the same as the first, although not as bad but still not as expected and certainly did not last 5 days minimum and the second issue being the bouquet was in two parts, did not look as nice in the box and obviously we then had to put it together. Just not as nice as all.
So why didn't I contact them again...well because the original occasion was extremely important to us and after being pointed to this company by a nationally respected events florist, I expected perfection...I got perfection in customer service but the occasion had passed by, as had the suprise to my partner, so accepted the second bouquet, which still looked ok.
Great customer service would not make me shop with them again but I urge others to still buy from this company as I hear and believe they are great, I'm sure my case is very rare!
