Delivery good but flowers disappointing, already tired- looking on arrival. I paid a lot for a larger bouquet, but there didn’t seem to be that many blooms. I want very much to champion independents, but this was a bit disappointing.

Quick shipping, great packaging, big clumps of tubers, but all with many broken necks. I was expecting better quality than cheap imported ones, as I paid more. Almost 3/4 of the tubers went straight to the bin..

This was my second consecutive order. The first one was brilliant in every way so I expected the same with my second order. Unfortunately this was not the case and was disappointing. I had ordered a plant - a peony which appeared to have been thrown in a box far too big for it with inadequate packing. As a consequence the plant arrived damaged. I am still waiting to hear back from the company.

I have always loved the flowers from the Real Flower Company but was so disappointed when they were delivered the day after expected. They were a birthday present so it looks like I forgot when they were ordered a long way in advance!

The flowers were exquisite and smelled lovely but only lasted 2 days before they started to droop. By 5 days the majority of the very large bunch were wilted. Not what you would expect when you outlay so much money. Photo’s show initial and after a couple of days.

Requested delivery for specific date. Courier tried to deliver one day earlier leaving customer to have to postpone delivery. Real Flower Co should ensure that deliveries are made on correct day and not leave customer to sort out when it doesn’t.

The flowers were lovely. The roses had got a bit frost bitten which I know happens but when you are paying over £100 you would hope that you would be able to stop this from happening. £100 and looking at brown tinted leaves

The recipient kindly sent a photo of the flowers. They look lovely and apparently are scented as promised. However, I don't think they were special enough to merit the price of £80+ particularly as there wasn't the option to choose the colours.

First time ordering. I haven’t seen the flowers as they were for someone else . I was concerned when I received a picture of the box on the doorstep from the delivery company. It was very squashed. When I gave them a thumbs down review the picture disappeared so I can’t show you. My friend posted a picture of the flowers. Is this how they should look ? The yellow ones do look a bit disheveled I think and this was the day they arrived. I want to support British growers but you are at the mercy of the delivery companies and I’m not sure this company treated your product with the respect it deserves. Sorry

delivery not made on the day expected, the company kindly offered a replacement (which was not needed as flowers were ok). This was my first order

The flowers were delivered a day late and the box looked rather squashed. Fortunately the flowers were not damaged but it was a gift

The courier certainly endeavours to deliver on the day required but on this occasion failed. The bouquet was really lovely. The issue we have, as with the previous two occasions we have used you, is the delivery. I paid for a premium service (£15.99) for the flowers to be delivered before 10:30am; the flowers arrived at 13:45pm. I appreciate deliveries can be problematic during this time, but why offer the service if its not guaranteed. I would like to be reimbursed for the delivery costs.

Was disappointed with wreath I ordered for my mother's coffin. It was nothing like the usual 'free style' standard of Real Flower Company, which I love. It was scant and no greenery covering the base - this grey base could be clearly seen when the wreath was placed on top of the coffin. Several of the roses had fallen out during transit and were crushed.

Thank you for delivering the Strawberries and Cream flowers on the right day and the right time. that was very important to me but sadly, the photo my friend sent of the arrangement was not at all like the one I chose on line. I chose the online arrangment because of the roses being red and white.

The website was easy to use. And the flowers were beautifully presented but they only latest a week. My main issue is with the company they use to deliver. I sent some flowers to Scotland and received a call from a gentleman saying they had been left outside his house, not the care home requested. I have emailed Real Flower Company to inform them but have had no reply.

The bouquet was beautiful and well received by my wife. However, it was disappointing that the flowers did not last past 5 days. I’d even changed the water every other day and added plant food. Given it hasn’t been that warm either I was expecting the flowers to last a week if not longer.

Our flowers, unlike some other florists, are grown for their natural beauty and scent, which means that they do not last as long as other commercially available flowers. The reason for this is that the scent gene, which is often genetically removed to enhance the longevity of the flowers, is left intact, enabling the scent and natural beauty shine through, hence they haven't lasted longer than five days. To be honest I was disappointed. Some of the flowers in the bouquet looked quite 'tired' and by the next day we had to remove some of them from the bouquet. The whole just did not look 'fresh enough' and that was a shame.
