“I sent some flowers to my friend/colleague who was having surgery at the Wellington hospital. Unfortunately the reception staff gave the flowers to another patient in a different building than what was specified on the delivery address. Due to infection risk the staff later refused to transfer the flowers from that patient to my friend so she ended up never receiving the flowers. So that was a real shame. I understand its not your fault this happened, but it would be really good if the person delivering the flowers could reiterate who the flowers are going to so that the reception could do a better job at directing to the right person. “I love this company as I’ve had a fabulous bouquet recently, however I was upset when I ordered a delivery for my sisters birthday for it to arrive 4 days early! Unacceptable, I did ring to ask why and the lovely girl I spoke to assured me it wouldn’t happen again”

“The flowers I ordered were lovely, the roses did not last very well but were easily replaced in tha arrangement to extend the life of the display. The disappointment was with the courier. I paid for a before 10.30 delivery, the parcel was late, not by much, but I had to ask someone else to come in to receive the flowers. At least the courier allowed me to track the consignment while out for delivery so I knew it would be a bit late. Also, the flowers had not been kept upright at some stage in shipment. The inside of the packaging was wet, a number of flowers had fallen out and were loose in the box. It looked as though it had been well packed but badly handled.”

“Very nice flowers but should be for the high price. Felt more expensive due to my introductory voucher being out of date. Unlikely to become anything more than very special occasion flowers, otherwise Interflora is better value”

“As sent as a gift the flowers were very poor when arriving even though a message inside said about the heat they managed to come round a bit with some water but for the amount paid not happy although they had a lovely scent”
