“Bridal bouquet and button hole purchased for my sister’s wedding - flowers were more beautiful than the pictures. Delivered on time, with helpful instructions on how to prepare flowers. Would definitely recommend.”

“I’m writing this review on the strength of how the company treated the fall out from a problem that arose after ordering flowers from them. There was a problem with the flowers and I got in touch with them supplying photos Right away I had an apology and my full payment refunded and a bouquet which I hadn’t expected.I know sometimes things go wrong but after the caring treatment I unexpectedly received I would always recommend this company”

“Wonderful flowers but no gift note attached and so the recipients had no idea who it was from. It was a rather Important message of thanks too. I did e mail the Real Flower Company but had no reply!”

“The flowers had a small amount of brown petals at the very edge . This was probably due to heat wave as it’s very unusual to see . Didn’t detract though from scent or beauty”

“Spoke to the owner of the company in the end 15 minutes before customer service finished , and Although helpful and pleasant on the phone the flowers arrived at 6 pm on the day of delivery . The have lasted 2 days and now look dead . Very disappointed for our 25th Anniversary. We won’t be using the real flower company again ! Shame”

“Bouquet not as expected. Selected a seasonal bouquet for £55. The style and colour palette not as shown on the website. The mainly pale pink roses were fine but lasted much less than a week and the yellow flowers and variegated foliage did not compliment them. Offered a 10% refund.”

“The flowers delivered are as I expected and very pretty. My mother nearly missed the enclosed box of chocolates as she said they are very well hidden and she had thrown the packaging out. Perhaps a note saying chocolates and flowers enclosed would be useful. Thank you for the prompt delivery”
