“I think the recent heatwave had had a detrimental impact on the quality of the blooms.... The large bouquet was a little underwhelming. Effective service and delivery.”

“The flowers had a small amount of brown petals at the very edge . This was probably due to heat wave as it’s very unusual to see . Didn’t detract though from scent or beauty”

“Spoke to the owner of the company in the end 15 minutes before customer service finished , and Although helpful and pleasant on the phone the flowers arrived at 6 pm on the day of delivery . The have lasted 2 days and now look dead . Very disappointed for our 25th Anniversary. We won’t be using the real flower company again ! Shame”

“Bouquet not as expected. Selected a seasonal bouquet for £55. The style and colour palette not as shown on the website. The mainly pale pink roses were fine but lasted much less than a week and the yellow flowers and variegated foliage did not compliment them. Offered a 10% refund.”

“First order arrived 2 days late (smelt amazing but too late for my wedding anniversary) while the replacement was half the size of the original order and had been damaged by an item inside.”

“The flowers delivered are as I expected and very pretty. My mother nearly missed the enclosed box of chocolates as she said they are very well hidden and she had thrown the packaging out. Perhaps a note saying chocolates and flowers enclosed would be useful. Thank you for the prompt delivery”

“My order 000048633 was superb and a fitting tribute to my late brother as we laid the sheath on the sea following the spreading of his ashes. I was really pleased. My order 000048804 was not as perfect as some of the flowers notably scabious and the "mock" cow parsley had wilted badly in the post. Perhaps not the right choice during a heatwave! Otherwise, the combination worked very well”

“I was delighted with the service from this company. My cousin was unable to receive the flowers on the day I had suggested and the company changed the date without any problem. My Cousin texted me, “They are absolutely gorgeous and smell so sweet, thank you! I’m going to take them down to London with me Monday, they are too lovely to leave here!””

“Sadly the flowers I ordered fro my sister’s birthday died within less than 24 hours of delivery. This is despite her collection and cutting them immediately upon delivery. I have sent her many flowers recently and this is the only company we have had this issue with. I hadn’t planned on leaving a negative review, but the company never wrote back to my email sharing this information and photo with them! Not great customer service either, I’m afraid.”
