“Great selection of products; the outward cost is not insubstantial of course but I have used this company several times and each time the responses from recipients have been universally positive, with a lot of WOW comments. So that has to be a good sign of quality.”

“Disappointing arrangement for the money. The number of flowers and size of the arrangement did not meet expectations. Wished I had bought locally to the recipient. I have been with Real Flower Company for many years and this was the first time they did not meet expectations.”

“Absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!! They arrived in a beautiful green box with a pretty bow on. The flowers are beautiful. Sadly no smell but hey they look beautiful so I’m not fussed. Will be back for more beautiful flowers. Merry Christmas 🎄 Thankyou!!!”

“Very good was actually not the best answer for the flowers ( white/cream roses) received by my friend for her 88th Birthday. I was there when the roses arrived. And they looked and smelled beautiful. It could not have been better. Thank you very much! ingrid Houston”

“The flowers were wilting and the foliage was dead. It was very embarrassing that they were so poor in quality and we were ashamed that they had been put on my nephews coffin. It would have been better if they had not been ordered at all.”

“Delivery service was efficient and I usually like the flowers from this company. This time the flowers were only just ok although my friend seemed happy enough and cheered by them. But they were not what I would have expected for the price. (I chose Best of British.) The colours were a bit random eg peach roses with maroon foliage and the roses were all a bit wilted, especially the white ones. (My friend sent photos.) Also, despite my putting a message for the recipient on both the flowers and chocolates I sent, no message was included. It was only by chance that she worked out they were from me.”
