“Such a pleasure to deal with understanding people who are committed to fore filling their product from start to finish. The flowers are out of this world according to my delighted friends (I live outside the UK) the arrangements, the scents, the packaging are all done with love & attention. “I made a mistake on my original order and was offered a discount if I re-ordered, which I did. Thank you. Much appreciated. I re-ordered through your online chat and confirmed I wanted the flowers delivered on Monday 7th (when my daughter-in-law would be back home) but they were delivered on Sunday 6th. This is the first time a mistake has been made and I order all my flowers from your company.”

Hi Phyllis, I am happy to hear that we could help resolve the problem, but I apologise for the delivery date. Our system says that the delivery date should have been Monday 7th so I am not sure how it was delivered on the 6th. Thank you for letting us know about this! Dear Guy, We're really sorry you were disappointed that your order didn't arrive on the chosen day. Unfortunately on this occasion, it seems our courier was a little stretched with deliveries and had to delay the rose bush being delivered. We rectified this for you by refunding the entirety of your order, and we also offered to send a bouquet as an apology from us, however, this was declined.
