“Lovely scented bouquets which I’ve ordered for years now. The one time my roses arrived a bit battered, the RFC sent me another as reimbursement. Highly recommended.”

“Dear Sir The flowers were beautiful and my wife was very pleased, but we were disappointed that from day one flowers started to die. we found two were damaged, but we expected them to look good for more than two/three days. kind regards Nick”

“A hard review to write really as although I have put 3 stars, I do not want my review to stop anyone from buying from this company! The flowers were expensive, which I believed would also be a reassurance as to the product. Flowers arrived in a superb box that fully protected them in transit, however once out, the roses were clearly dead/browning and falling apart at the petals. I complained and received without question exceptional customer service from the team, they were brilliant and understanding. They sent the same replacement bouquet as compensation. The replacement although the same had two issues, one was the same as the first, although not as bad but still not as expected and certainly did not last 5 days minimum and the second issue being the bouquet was in two parts, did not look as nice in the box and obviously we then had to put it together. Just not as nice as all. So why didn't I contact them again...well because the original occasion was extremely important to us and after being pointed to this company by a nationally respected events florist, I expected perfection...I got perfection in customer service but the occasion had passed by, as had the suprise to my partner, so accepted the second bouquet, which still looked ok. Great customer service would not make me shop with them again but I urge others to still buy from this company as I hear and believe they are great, I'm sure my case is very rare!”

“I love your flowers. Unfortunately the flowers I sent for my sisters 70th birthday didn’t last very long. She rang you and you were very apologetic and sent her some more. She said they didn’t last very long. She said I shouldn’t order from you anymore but I don’t think she understands that they are not cheap Tesco flowers without scent and I will definitely use you again.”

“Super helpful on the phone and in all email correspondence. Ordered 2 x boxes of pink and cream rose petals which we scattered on the water after we scattered my parents ashes. Everyone said what a lovely idea and how beautiful they were. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you for your part in making my parents celebration of life special.”

“From start to finish, a perfect experience. I will never buy flowers online from anyone else! Easy, clear website with honest pictures. Quick delivery, great communication throughout and most importantly of all, truly wonderful flowers that arrived in perfect condition and seemed to last forever - the attached photo was taken 8 days after the flowers were delivered. And they came with a beautiful card (a lovely surprise touch!) I cannot rate The Real Flower Company highly enough.”

“We adore your flowers and for the last 15+ years have only ordered from you. Only disappointment this time was that the gift card was omitted , thankfully I was with my mother when they were delivered otherwise it would have been a mystery!”

“Flowers arrived on time and were perfect. Have knocked one star off as they didn’t last as long as I hoped - I guess this was due to them being in and out of the venue and travelling- but for the price was disappointed they didn’t last longer”

“Amazing customer service! - I rang up late, the day before Valentine's Day, when everyone working there must have been very tired and utterly ready to go home, because I really needed a bouquet to arrive for a friend the next day and I was having trouble with the website. The lady I spoke to was so helpful, and found a speedy, suitable solution for me straight away. Can't praise the service enough. Thank you!”
