“Flowers were not in the best condition when they arrived, particularly since they were the bridal flowers for an occasion the next morning. We re-arranged the bouquet for the ceremony. The response from the company was that the flowers were in reasonable condition from the pictures we sent. We left it at that.”

“Quick shipping, great packaging, big clumps of tubers, but all with many broken necks. I was expecting better quality than cheap imported ones, as I paid more. Almost 3/4 of the tubers went straight to the bin..”

“Mum dropped a really big hint that she`d like some long stem sweet peas for her 80th Birthday. I found the website easy to use and ordered them complete with message. The confirmation email came through and I realised I`d made a spelling mistake. This was quickly rectified by the Real Flower Company team. The flowers arrived on time and (although the box was damaged) they were all beautiful, fresh and lovely. Mum was delighted and is enjoying them and their perfume.”

“Ordered a ‘small’ bouquet of David Austin roses and sweet peas for my mum’s birthday. Her mobility is very limited these days but she used to be a keen gardener, and she loved the flowers; my dad described the bouquet as ‘lavish’! I saw it myself and it was beautiful, but taking a star off for the price - I really had to think hard if we could afford it. However it was lovely to make mum happy.”

Hi Helen, Thank you for the feedback, it's great to hear your mum was so thrilled with the flowers she received from us. Our David Austin bouquets do cost a little extra and can understand why you had to think hard about placing an order. They are a little more pricey, as they cost a little more to create and breed the roses on behalf of David Austin, so we have to include this thought within our bouquets. But hopeful it was worth the little extra! I hope that helps! All at The Real Flower Company
